It's because the club is poorly run. Ed won't want to admit his mistake and also probably won't want to pay off his contract early.

You would sort of hope there'd be a mid season clause or something in there if we're so far away from CL spots (minimum expectation) but there probably isn't.

Emery and these players still have a lot to prove. Our performances haven't been great apart from the Spurs, Liverpool and Fulham games. And we keep getting injuries every game which is hampering the continuity of our team.

I don't think we're good enough for top 4, think our best bet is Europa League.

United's squad really isn't that bad. It's just sorely mismanaged by a man who clearly is stuck in his ways.

The worst thing is I’m actually not as tense watching the game’s anymore as I’m resigned to us playing poorly and negatively. Also most likely not get positive results in these sorts of games so it doesn’t come as a surprise.

That's the killer. I've never been less invested in a United team. I'd be miserable for days usually when United lose to Liverpool but I'm pretty much over it now as even my LFC supporting mates can't be bothered to put the boot in!

It's poor, really poor at the moment.

If I were in charge at the club I think I'd need to act now before it gets really bad and toxic.

I know it would cost a lot to sack Jose now but I'd rather see some positivity in our play between now and May to get some momentum into next season even if it is with an interim manager whilst the ideal candidate became available.

He has to go now ffs
