Sad to hear this, Kebab. He is a talented player beset by his own demons. You can look at his family situation but at the end of the day it comes down to the integrity of the man. Plenty of players have dealt with difficult family circumstances but still put in a shift on the pitch, for the team. If MB can't get the best out of him, I can't see Getafe doing any better. I fear we are going to be left with a player nobody wants to touch in 6 months time.
Should have stayed until the end of the season, help get us promoted and leave in high regard, all he's done is jump ship and tarnished a half decent reputation he had here. I think there's more to this story than we in know of. We've still got 4 games to go before we can sign a replacement ffs

Getafe know they wont be paying top dollar for him. The club have made a complete cok up over this saga. His time there is essentially free labour with us picking up the tab.
He's done a Gradel on us, wise up lads.
Given that it took him weeks to make his mind up about coming in the first place, always thought he was hankering for a Spanish move and it wouldn't last long.
If he was consistently great all the time, we would never have been able to afford him and he would never have played in a lower league.
Odd decision in a lot of respects - I know his wife lost one of the twins early on, but with all the Spanish speaking people at the club and the first opportunity to play for an elite manager and win something, you would have thought he would at least stay to the end of the season.
Just hope we get a refund on agents fees.

But for all his talent, in glimpses, i'm really not that bothered he's gone - i'm really not. I should be. On his day he can dominate a match, he can be a class apart from most in the league.

Only thing annoying me is the financial deal. Can't help but think that by the summer, unless the club have something signed and agreed, that Getafe might turn round and say thanks, but no thanks. We're left with a player worth a fraction of what they should be paying now.

that second statement can only be true if the first is correct.
we'll have to wait till the summer before declaring this.
a few said selling Viera and buying Bamford was a 'shocker', but it still has to proven either way. early signs suggest it wasn't a shocker at all, but we'll see
cant see us getting anything less than at least what we paid back.
500k loan fee straight up.
lets wait and see.

Elena’s cancer scare was early 2016 A checkup this
July revealed Elena was due twins but had lost one
It’s the surviving twin they’re expecting now.
Kamara, hes had some shhitttt to deal with and when your missus is unhappy AF most blokes will do whats right by them.
