Not an app but vipbox.tv is good and compatible with phones

Used modbro for about a year a couple of years ago, it was actually decent then, not sure how good they are now though

Thats because its not allowed on the store, there are plethora of apps not approved by google which you can install. Just a bit more risk to it.
