I had pretty much the worst seat in the ground but not so bad I couldn’t see how shocking it was. There were two or three that didn’t get punished aswell.

I have emerged from a very long lunch. This is disappointing and Frank will no doubt have learn't something. Otherwise, ho hum and onwards and upwards..............

The constant social media abuse of Keogh is alive and well. Keogh far and away our best defender today. Bogle needs taking out the side. The left back position is becoming a joke..Forsyth,Olsson,Malone all injured...but Lowe is back next week...injured!!! Even Calum McDonald is injured!!! So what do we do?? Bradley Johnson is back Monday...can he do a job left back for us or would you bang him straight back into the midfield to stop us getting bullied? Can we go 4-2-3-1 as vidal suggests? I actually thought we were the better side 1st half. But we got stretched to easy for me 2nd half. We need to man up a bit Saturday.

LB seems to be a curse for us.We had quite a few injuries in this position last season too.

I think the comments above cover what we need to be doing. We definitely need to look at 4231, Rowett style tactics and play for certain matches that would be a grind.

Our passing seems to be off. I am watching games fleetingly on streams and am a little concerned we're not crisp with a pass. We seem to be a touch slow and often make the wrong call. Frustrating to watch so I'm not sure what FL and Morris will make of it.

We definitely need an injection of something in defence and midfield. I'd consider Wisdom or Pearce for a central role. Our two younger defenders, Bogle and Tomori need a break.

Thorne or dare I say Butterfield may have been an option to freshen things up a little.

Why wasn't Anya considered for LB?

Maybe Anya will get a run out. Didn’t know Lowe was injured, just what we don’t need. On a more positive note Karanka is said to be on the verge of getting the sack!

I was, think you trump it though with that position. Was looking for Griff ‘til I discovered he was at home 😳

Just to cheer you all up, I got a decent result.

Coming back to my car that I had parked in one of those car wash places, I found that the guys were busy washing my car. They had just heard the result and felt sorry for me.........

Still think 3 points and a dirty car would have been preferable.............

Thought this would be your year. Just baffles us Wolves fans why there is a yearly implosion when you play far better football than almost everybody else and have a top two squad. Same will probably happen to Leeds.

erm.......Uncle. I will refer you to my more learned colleagues............

Well, we have lost a game to Sheffield United away. It would be quite harsh to call that an implosion. We have played some terrific football but only in patches this season. We have controlled very few games. I don’t agree we have a very strong squad, at least not with a number of key players having long-term injuries, most importantly Curtis Davies. Lampard has yet to find a team that is settled either in its components or in its style. A number of players on the books don’t suit the way Lampard wants to play but can’t be easily shifted out so he has been limitedin incomings. There isn’t a solid enough defensive base on which to build the foundations of a top-two team and the balance of individuals in midfield is not quite right so that the play is not always smooth and natural. The attacking wide players have all been injured at times so that those selected haven’t had a run of games and so haven’t settled in their roles. Carson has been a bit dodgy from time to time.

These are the main reasons.

If we compare Derby with Leeds they just have a more effective strike force. It's an area where we have stuttered all season. and part of last. And, whilst it can never be an excuse we have lost some good players to injury. Like Forsyth, Bennett, Davis, Evans etc. But other teams lose players to injury as well.

We're in the middle of a tough run of games at the moment, so the mood may get even worse. However, if we can stay in touch with the top 6 throughout Jan, we have a reasonable chance of playoffs.
That would be a sucess in my book, in fact top 10 would be a good first season. Both Leeds and Norwich have players playing together for a second successive season and that is a firm foundation for their current positions.
