If Man City were to catch up on points they would have better GD. Would take a couple of losses from you and a couple of wins from them
Think the season title wise boils down to City's next two.
If they can win both and cut the deficit back to 4 with Fernandinho, KDB and Aguero getting further upto speed then i think they will grind Liverpool down and eventually win, if Liverpool get a result at The Ethiad it's truly advantage them and if they win (further mixed with Saints getting a result vs City) we could after all this hype have yet another run away win.
I seem to recal looking at that and thinking omg thats a huge difference, if it does come down to gd we will have problems.....but not now.

Think I copy and pasted it before the 5th went in to be fair.🙄
Either way, fact remains, we have over turned a pretty big difference in terms of GD over one of the busiest periods of the season, which for me, could be crucial come the end of the season.
I’m still annoyed that we took our foot of the gas after 60mins. Could have easily scored another 2-3.

I hear what your saying, but to be fair, at this time of the season, it's nice to be able to take your foot off the gas, make a few changes, and preserve a little energy.

We had the game won and play City a few days later. It was the right move. Last time we played City we were pressing them relentlessly and had them on the ropes for twenty odd minutes but couldn't keep it up. We need fresh legs for that game.

I'm very happy we took our foot off the gas.
I had a fiver on us to win 5-1 at 35 to 1.
Spoilt the last half hour of the game for me to be honest.
