If however we keep Cho and Pulisic is a replacement for willian or Pedro then I'd be fine with that

Would be very happy going into the second half of the season with hazard, CHO and pulisic as a front 3 but I can't really see it.

I don't know which doughnut gave this article 1. Every line and word of it is spot on!

I can only assume that Marina Granovskaia or Bruce Buck are on JA606!

I would comment but there's nothing to add to what Mons has said.

I can't believe what a short sighted club we've become!

Yup totally agree as well. Selling Cho would be unforgivable and one of the most shortsighted decisions we've ever made. I can't believe this is even being considered by the club. Muppets.

I don't disagree with your view but among all this anxiety over CHO I feel the point needs to be raised that Pulisic isn't exactly a mug. He's a very talented kid whose been a first teamer for Dortmund since the age of 17 only losing his place to Sancho because of his good form, not anything Pulisic has done wrong. The team currently nine points clear at the top want him as much as we do.

For my money the best move for everyone is sending CHO to Dortmund on an extended loan as part of the deal.

But DAA, what's the point in losing CHO for lets assume £20m and shelling out up to £70m that Dortmund are reputedly asking for Pulisic, who's probably not as good?

Whatever way you look at it from my perspective, it makes no sense whatsover.

If I were Roman now I'd have Buck and the rest of the board in front of my desk, having to explain what the feck is going on and why these reports are coming out!

I'm amazed how impatient CHO is honestly. It's only been half a season and he's had a few opportunities. I believe he's only just turned 18 as well, so he's really young. It's really risky to make a player that age a regular starter.

comment by Jose Mourinho, just the Portuguese Fat Sam, teaching 19th century football. Klopp is the better manager, and Eva Caniero was right. #Hazard knows. (U21750)

Yes but the reverse side of that is look what happened with Kevin De Bryne.

I don't think there are many that are suggesting that he should be a regular starter. But as things stand at the moment, neither Willian or Pedro are putting consistent match winning performances in, far from it in fact, so you would expect he might be getting a little more time off the bench than he has has done.

And do you think that it might not have gone unnoticed from his point of view that a player, probably not as good as him is winning fantastic plaudits in Germany and has now forced himself into the England squad at the same age!

I'm not suggesting the CHO part of the speculation does make sense, I think it's just worth mentioning that Pulisic isn't a donkey. Too many people saying he's a bench warmer, targeted for commercial reasons alone, etc... he's a very exciting talent.

Brummie

Want to have a quick word on your ex youth Jordan Houghton.

MK picked him up on a free from you guys and I must say he’s been excellent.

Also he’s very versatile too which has been huge as we lost 3 CBs to injury so Jordan had to move into defence and has done a preset good job.

He’s technically excellent and I’m hoping he’ll pop up with a few more goals once moved back into midfield

Hi MK,

I watched quite a bit of him in his Chelsea academy days but lost track of him recently as he went out on loan to various clubs, as our kids invariably do.

I only saw him as an center midfielder, my impression of him was that I never thought he'd make it as a top PL player but would be capable of doing a good job for a Championship/Div 1 club.

It's nice to hear that he's found a permanent home now and hopefully will kick start his career. Now I know where he is, I'll keep tabs on him and hope he can have a decent career such as George Saville and Jack Cork have done for themselves.

Thanks for the update!
