Top of the league team and still gets crapped on!..

Some should think on, this is about our fall apart time, people shouldn't get shot if it happens and its because players cant be assed with the flak they're having to take from happy fingers thinking they could do better!..

We have a bunch of players that were last year worse than this, top of the league, and a coach that has proven these players are as good as any in this league!..

Try supporting them ffs!..

top of the league but not every player has earned that, some were lucky, some were carried. most people accept that we need to strengthen

Thing is with strengthening, every team in the world wants to do it crapigal how good they are!..

People shout players down and scream who we should have, problem is people sorting the business side of things have to agree, and in doing so have the funds to make it happen!..

Here's hoping Bielsa wants those players people on this board are shouting for because if its done behind his back we could end up in free fall!..

Top of the league at the half way stage Germany, where have you been this past decade? We've bottled promotion chances 3 seasons before because we didn't strengthen in January yet people never learn.....

Think Shaun' s point is worth debating - do we think we can sustain Auto with basically what we have?

Myself I'm concerned as January has been awful in recent years.

Our players looked off the pace yesterday, physically & mentally. It’s a result of highly intensive matches of late & a hard style of play catching up in my view.

We lack the real depth to switch things a bit, without using u23s - who to be fair have done well.

For me we need fresh bodies in jan or I think this could all implode.

For all his magic MB hasn’t (to my knowledge) coached his style in such a gruelling & competitive league. Could not seeing this be his undoing?

So how have we basically the same team as last year but are playing much better?..

If we'd had this coaching team in any of the three seasons before would you argue we'd still be in this league?..

Its been proven that this so called crap everybody was crapping can be cleaned, all we can do is see if anyone comes in and if not, hope that the coaching staff can take us to the next level!..

Like I said, even the best want better, but we now have a coach in place that isn't a fan of this window so if anybody does come in they'd best be ready to play at the coaches pace and fitness levels!..

Shaun, the last decade?.......I've followed this club since the early 60's, so a bit of a dumb question eh?..

The tired legs come from a lack of rotation (whether thats enforced or otherwise). Klich, a player renowned for poor stamina prior to this season, has played too much football and it told yesterday. We have a CM available to replace him, one who needs game time to get up to speed, and Bielsa isn't using him.

This is naivety on Bielsa's behalf. He underestimated how hard December would be in Britain and it showed against Hull. January holds tougher fixtures, but more of a break between games. Hopefully he learns from this.

I think if the club don't take action to strengthen the squad it will comeback to haunt is in May.That's not a dig at Bielsa who has done an incredible job, it's just the cold hard rational side of my brain looking at what would give us the best chance of going up and what history has shown.

You only have to look at our last promotion into the top division. We got to January near the top of the league and we signed Lee Chapman. We got to February and we signed Kamara and Varadi. Different rules re deadlines but Wilkinson bolstered his squad and it paid off.

It's a vital time and I have an uneasy feeling that we won't make the recruitment required and will come back to bite us.

We did more than enough to beat most teams yesterday. It was just one of those games.

No panic for me yet but I’d like to see Roofe getting some competition from Bamford or another striker. Reading both he and Coops might be back for Derby.

Harrison however seems to be just another Dallas - not much end product. Maybe time to start Clarke and let’s see what he can do from the off.

As much as I like Clarke Stoopo, the obvious disadvantage when he plays is that he doesn’t do a lot of tracking back defensively and in this system you need that!
Other then that, I agree Klich looked knackered and Luke hasn’t been at his best since he came back. Still, let’s hope yesterday was a blip as we are light for cover And not looking like Brown will be the replacement we need for Saiz, as much as I like him when fit.

And yet we lost. And we almost lost the last two, had it not been for late heroics. They've suddenly gone from solid as a rock to porous as a sponge. Why do you think that is?

I watched the Hull game in ER and the legginess of the team was so evident. It worries me that Bielsa doesn't see it.
