At this stage I'm genuinely not bothered, however around March/April time if both are still fighting for it I will inevitably side with the UAE PR firm over the scousers

City are by far a bigger threat to United's title hopes. Liverpool will tail off so hopefully a Liverpool win to put City out of the race and pave the way for United to run away with it.

Also as United fans we want to hold on to our record for number of league titles won, so need to worry about a certain team potentially matching our total in a few years. So we could really do with Liverpool winning the league seeing as they have never won it before, so are no threat to our record haul.

As long as we don't lose, then I am fine with that.
If City can lose 3 games in December when it was least expected, the same can also happen to Liverpool.
