Dave to get the 95th minute winner to send Cinci into a tailspin

As soon as the Shrew/Stoke ball came out I knew that was ours - selfishly I was hoping for an away game against Bolton as a) not far and b) chance of getting a ticket.

As the superior match thread host can I just take a minute to say that amongst others, I thought that was a great performance from Leander Dendoncker

For me he’s right behind Mutty and Nev now !

Yeah he did alright. Thought all three of our midfielders were better than Milner and Keita tonight, who both looked all over the place.

Got some good strength in depth in midfield now but still think we are missing a more attacking type for certain games as MGW is still a little raw.

Also think the set up tonight is the one we will see more often going forward with an attacking mid ahead of two sitting deeper. We have seen it several times lately as it is and think we will be better with it than the classic 3-4-3 we saw early season in the long run.

Our under 23s best Olbion 4-2 tonight un all...what a night 😎

Best thing about this season is that within six months we have stuck two fingers up to every single one of the snobby closed shop glory hunting plastics

Another perfect evening, stuffing the Scousers and a couple of pints of pig on the wall in the Lych.

Bloody brill.

Think that goal will give Neves some confidence and belief. Or put him in the shop window

Does that include Spurs?

We are dining at the top table without an oil lottery win, instead we use astute buys and a manager who improves players. Our wage bill is the 6th highest, a country mile behind the 5th and believe me the other 5 find our presence near the top extremely annoying. Finally our trophy cabinet would suggest that a glory hunter will wish they'd gone elsewhere.

Absolutely.

There were a bunch of tourists sat two rows in front of me tonight, including one plastic koppite. The rest of them had newly purchased Wolves scarves but clearly had no clue what was going on. The Liverpool fan was on his feet giving it large when they scored, at which I politely suggested he sit down, less I allowed him to enjoy the rest of the match from a slightly different angle in the bottom tier of the Stand Cullis stand rather than the upper.

Unbelievably at the end of the match he offered me his phone to take a picture of him and his plastic Wolves mates. My reaction and suggestion that he place his phone elsewhere was enough to persuade him to ask my mate to take the aforementioned snap, which even more incredulously he agreed to, despite my suggestions that he throw it on the pitch. Daft .

Dendoncker runs weirdly. Like he’s a 20 stone fatman.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Haha yes, I was thinking similar earlier but went with 18 stone.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Looked like he'd lost a few pounds to me as well, even since Spurs

Actually i hesitated to include Spurs for many of the reasons you mention but a few of your lot like Sandy deserve all the mocking they get.

Yes I don't know what you've had to put up with but the childish feud between some Spurs and Liverpool fans on this forum is embarrassing and cringeworthy.

Ha yeah man it is ridiculous and i sincerely hope Liverpool don't win the title just to shut the arrogant fecks up, you would honestly believe they have dominated footy the last two decades or something.

Loving how Liverpool are playing on the reserve team bit

Trying to make out they played a load of kids when in fact we both had 3 players under 23 years old.
