I think I managed to see the most incompetent and biased refereeing performance ever today at the Amex Stadium. The penalty decision was about the only thing he got right all game. Constantly giving Liverpool free kicks that weren’t fouls, helping them time waste at the end and every 50/50 decision going Liverpool’s way. It was actually pretty embarrassing by the end.
A decision went Brighton’s way at the end of the game and the whole stadium celebrated it like a goal. Literally raised the roof.
It’s actually made me not want Liverpool to win the league now.

The winner of today’s everton v Bournemouth game will go above us and put us in the bottom half of the table but if they draw we stay 10th
Liverpool’s win yesterday has put them 7 points clear at the top and City’s game against Wolves on Monday looks a must win for them if they are going to stay close enough to retain their title
City will have gained a lot of confidence from their league cup win but I don’t think they can afford to give us an 8 goal start. If they do I think we are in with a real chance

So Everton's win puts us down to 11th, but don't worry we only need a 3-0 win tomorrow to go back up to 7th.
Saw the Everton v Bournemouth game on tv and neither particularly impressed as attacking teams. Bournemouth often look quite toothless when Callum Wilson isn’t playing but they have a very good young player in Brooks. Everton are lacking a centre forward and Richarlison would be better coming in from the left as he used to do for Watford. Spikey game that the ref never quite got to grips with and Gomes of Everton very lucky not to be sent off. Every chance we will finish above both these teams unless they strengthen

Was listening to the commentary on 5 live of this one, the co-commentator, cant remember who it was, mentioned the Brighton supporters reaction to the refereeing and said it was unfair as the officials had got most things right, yet I had just heard them say about 6 times that Friend had got another one wrong?
Sounded very much like the Premier League were in their ears ordering them to get back on script.
