As I said on another thread. This is like 3 years too late.

Ribery is out too.

Instead of playing an old Bayern that we could out press we will get a young team.

Millers numbers in the Bundesliga have been okay.

Just need to keep Lewa quiet really. Easier said than done.

Muller has been crap for 3 seasons.

Averaged a goal in every 3 games last season as well as averaging over 1 assist in every 3 games. I bet you wish Mkhitaryan was as bad as Muller.

1 goal in 8 he scores with similar assists.

Funnily enough, in the same league, Mkhitaryan had a better than 1 in 3 scoring record and an assist every 1.5 games in his final Bundesliga season.
Mullers stat padding in Bayern steamroller victories doesn't hold much weight with me, tbh, and in the CL he has been well below the required standards.

How can Bayern not have a chance when Liverpool have failed to win their last 5 Champions League games away from home?

Without looking at Bayerns recent performances I have always felt Liverpool had a 50% chance in this tie and a closer look at the Bayern Munich squad has confirmed this. Even if Bayern were smashing it in Bundesliga some people would always have found a way to dismiss their form.

Any top european team with pedigree is to be respected and more so if they have world class players.

Rafinha
Leon Goretzka
Thiago
Robert Lewandowski
Arjen Robben

Those are all top players, and it will be a difficult tie.Its all about the first leg, if Bayern come out of Anfield with a draw or narrow loss I cant see Liverpool progress

Spot on. A lot of none Liverpool fans keep saying we should beat Bayern, we are favourites etc but that is none sense. This tie is 50/50 as they come.

Hardly nonsense claiming Liverpool are favourites. They are currently the better team and Bayern have loads of players out.
