I rather we finish 6th and win the CL. I think if we beat Spurs we can finish above them. If you look statistically Spurs are the weakest side of the current top 4. If Chelsea and Spurs swapped there finishing around Spurs would be way behind and Chelsea would be like near the top.
Arsenal have been poor all season but bailed out by clinical strikers. Even at OT when they went 1-2 up they were gifted both goals and only had 1 shot on target until that point to be 1-2 up lol. They probably the weakest Arsenal side I have seen creatively.
Emery's tactics are questionable here
Was this fixture a typical Wenger away win?
Just wait until the Europa league resumes for them. Both Arsenal and Chelsea will have enough on their busy plates.

Not too concerned about Arsenal as they are free falling...But
Could be a good timing for Chelsea to drop points
Maybe not today but next week at the emirates is a possibility. Followed by Leg2 against spurs (This will exhaust their key players) then the Ittihad early February before coming for the OT visit
I reckon we could get even 3rd this season a place we haven't finished sincr SAF left. Its been 7th 4th 5th 6th 2nd.
On paper we are like the 3rd best side in the league.
Funnily enough Arsenal most creative game under Emery was like against Spurs and us under Mourinho was against Spurs so Spurs can collapse.

Yes, Arsenal have a squeeky bum time period now. And it’s not going to plan for them. They seem to be going through the motions hoping to out of this mess as little unscathed as possible. Not our drama though lol.
As for Chelsea, they seem to have a knack of getting a result when needed. But with the extra games coming up, I do hope they fall short and we take up the opportunity to close in.
It’s still a big ask for, but first we must try to get something from tomorrow’s game.
Arsenal seem to do well in home games against London sides. Could do with them beating Chelsea for us.
Is anybody from the ‘school of Ferguson’?!
All this ‘prioritisng’ BS. Lets go for it all until we can’t.
Die Hard all season long or get out!
Finish as high as we can, and we in 2 cup comps. Lets go as far as we can, hopefully win both.
The Treble is proof, prioritisng is an excuse. I get the logic. A team is fresher with less on their plate.
But its a fallacy in my book.
No ‘big’ team is allowed to use this BS theory. None.
Especially UTD.
‘We’re not really feeling this competition cos we think its a distraction..’ Foh!
Do 6th get europa league?
If not I'd rather finish 6th.
If we don’t make top 4 I couldn’t care less where we finish.
Unfortunately I’m more bothered about Liverpool not winning the league! Although it’s looking very likely right now. Scraped another win today.
Back on topic, and even Jose would’ve caught Arsenal.
Good chance of catching Chelsea if we keep up our form and start winning some of the big games

Based on what? Forever people said "easy" fixtures were wins under Jose. The amount of times Robb would put up a set of 6 winnable fixtures and we'd only win 3 would suggest that we wouldn't have caught arsenal.
I think Spurs are the most likely team we could take out the top 4 this season. Even Spurs fans are saying they are running themselves into the ground. We need to win against them no matter what for that to happen.
Also Spurs still have to go to Anfield and to the Etihad and Stamford Bridge, all places we have visited and didn't do well taking only 1 point. It was a shame we didn't beat Chelsea.

We got a good chance of topping this shots on target table this season. Small steps and all that. Liverpool played 1 more game to jump ahead of us.
