I only eat breakfast at weekends and usually no earlier than 11 so not sure if that even counts as breakfast.
Scrambled eggs and some bergen loaf toasted or occasionally a a bacon and tattie scone roll, covered in ketchup.

I used to have a really high cholesterol level (8.5) which has been passed down my family. Mum and dad both had heart attacks. I worked on my diet and exercise and I have reduced it down to (5) which my doctor said was really good. if the rest of your diet is good and you avoid other dairy products you can eat eggs. One of my old doctors said the egg cholesterol story is an old wives tale.

Monday through Saturday I have a protein shake and banana at 8 am after the gym,then weetabix at 10am.
Sunday is fry up day typically hungover
There's a guy at my work that's a bodybuilder he eats unbelievable amounts and his arms and that are huge but what a massive pot belly he has.
It's proper round, swollen kind of like a pregnant woman. Is that something roids can do?

If he's taking roids and he's got a pot belly then he's just wasting the roids.
Eggs make next to no difference to cholesterol, and the cholesterol they do contain isn't especially harmful unless you're eating about a dozen a day.
Easy source of low-calorie protein to bulk out a calorie deficit nutrition plan, or to supplement a calorie-surplus muscle building plan.
Eggs are awesome.
