I’m not sure anyone has understood that this abysmal attention to our pretty dire defence (Tierny - injured; Benkovic - on loan until May and Boyata - off in the summer) will just never change under Rodgers.

Ask any Liverpool supporter. He has no plan B and his sole methodology is based on just “score more goals”.

Might have been better if they'd had the recruitment meeting in November.
Tbh I'm now at the stage where I think we need a complete clear out at the top....directors and coaching staff. There's nothing happening commercially or on the pitch and the RB issue reflects badly on everyone of them now.
This window has been a joke so far. Not one of those players is a guaranteed starter every week.

For what it is worth I have agreed with you many many times especially on the excellent work done by the board and how they have backed BR to the hilt and maintained the business in rude health for the shareholders which is their remit.

They're not holding Rodgers to account for his stupidity in how he's managing the team.

They continue to pay a guy 50 grand a week even though he can't see the most fundamental weaknesses in his team that every amateur in the land can see.

I could go on but that's enough for me.

They might be behind the scenes but I believe like you they should.

we need a rb.

and at least 1 cb.

thats the priority.

if we get that in then i will be happy with our transfer activity.

problem is we will have 4 rb's on the books, lustig will be off in summer i imagine and maybe we could trade gamboa for a door stop or something

Felt the same about Valencia until I relialised that we have Facked up the left back position almost as much as the right.
With Tierney out, we're equally pash on both flanks. Their coach will be having anxiety attacks about how to avoid making himself look like a complete coont.

left back one is a hard one tbh, tierneys first choice so its hard to get in a second fiddle who will be quality.

izzy isnt the answer, as a defender he is shocking.

KT injury verdict expected later today.

Still not involved in training, can't say it looks good.

Neggy outlook on that one.

Pre Dubai the eggs seemed to be in the castagne basket, that has chanaged(o’donnell is on the list) but there’s still an open offer with no expiry date for TC.
