It's certainly put us on the map. I love this comment from somebody in the U.S.:
"In my over forty pickup game in rural North Florida yesterday, the first topic during the post match beer circle was a press conference given by a manager in the English Second Division. Which is bizarre and amazing. And it was generally agreed that Bielsa rules "
I LOVE IT LOVE OT LOVE IT !!!!
WE ARE NOT FAMOUS ANYMORE !!!!!!!
We didn't need putting on the map.
That being said I think this is turning out to be a positive for Leeds and Bielsa. Despite several at BBC and Sky Sports trying to turn this into a witch hunt.
The press conference on Wednesday has given everyone else an insight into Bielsa. What we had already seen and fallen in love with. Now most of the country is.
He is incredibly likeable. His obvious care attention, unbelievable talent and vision, along with his humility and then his endearing faults.
All of the above is clearly visible in every interview and its effing brilliant.
I'm happy to read that 68% of fans are in favour of Bielsa, because the bloke does not deserve to be vilified because of this mistake.
The fact that AVB openly discussed doing it, not to brag, but definitely discussing it as a positive, and no one said a word shows the double standards in football... That's unfair on football, everything about the modern world is full of double standards.
In this modern world Bielsa is genuine role model and he should be recognised as such.
Thos in the media manipulating this situation for personal gain should be ashamed of themselves, and inspired by Bielsa rather than attempting to bring him down.
Good comments HaveFaithinLeeds if I may say so...

What faults does MB have, what has he done wrong?
I would hope the dressing room, the manager, the board are all together on this.. and is a humorous subject within, bringing us closer together as a group.
The worse case is that this distracts us from winning football games.

Looking at Klich's reaction after the game tells us they are fella

Thanks NJS,
Kamara, faults he is quite open about, such as lack of self belief, anxiety, obsessiveness. I am talking about minor human faults, that as I said are endearing personally traits.
I am effusive in my praise of Bielsa. Not being critical.
agree Kamara, that's a relief to me I must admit. I hope the players celebrate in the same way tomorrow if / when we score.
Thinking about the EFL and what they will do... are they going to go against 68% of the fans, Pep, Poch? - nah I don't think so... this is why Bielsa's presser was beautifully played, prob encouraged by AR?
I think EFL will say don't do it again going forward and make a rule about it. (here's hoping)
Spanish, I wasn't sure how the press conference would go down. Whether it was a risk or not. But it quickly became apparent that he was coming across brilliantly and the majority of the public loved it.
My concerns were the likes of sky sports immediately highlighting two sentances 'bielsa spied on every opponent' and bielsa doesn't think it was illegal'. I worried that such a negative slant and twist would be put on it by the media giants and it would back fire.
Bielsa has come across so well that I think the likes of sky sports are having to back track under pressure from public opinion and tone down the witch hunt
Faith, exactly, I don't see these as faults, more as idiosyncrasies. He he did not have then he would not be the genius he is.
I get it, just asking, conversation, rather than trying to score points as a lot like to do on here.
I get fed up being dragged into t!t for tat b0llox
indeed Faith... I'm positive Lampard will be feeling very very silly currently, I would imagine he wants this over with even quicker than Bielsa does
Nah Lamps will have forgotten it already, very thick skinned these football types. He probably knew what he was trying to do
Tried to get the rest on his side, kinda failed, move on.

I would imagine that Bielsa doesn't see any humour in the situation he's caused, so personally hope that the players don't use the 'binoculars' as a celebration. It's best to let it die down now, especially as the FL are still doing their witch hunt.
I did think it was really funny at the time though!
Sick of the point scoring too. Often ruins decent conversations. Also it's ok for some disagree with me. Doesn't me the person doesn't like me. it's just another point of view. I think some people forget that on here.
I don't think Bielsa will see the funny side either. Best thing for us a fans to do is chant his name but not make a fuss about the whole 'spygate' saga. Celebrate the fact he has taken us top of the league and playing the best football we have seen for atleast 18 years
What I dont understand is the uproar about this case as it has been happening for year. People have been found out over the year. But only this time its a massive issue.
Why is everyone jumping on this one? Dont get it.
*over the years
facking fat fingers
I thought the best response was from Swansea's Graham Potter, who was bemused by the whole thing and basically invited people to come watch them train.
the irony of it all is that Bielsa tells every opponent his starting 11 2 days before the match. They don't need to come and watch us train because he has already given them the information.
I wonder if he does this partly because he ahd assumed someone would be watching anyway?
I don’t think it’s even a story, however I am a win at all costs kinda person.
In South America just about anything goes, it’s part of their culture to do anything to win and is part of the game.
A completely different mentality.
