ALL need to chip in more.
Who gets the most is missing the most. We will probably agree to disagree fella. We either need to score much more which we do atm or stop conceding. cannot win the league as of now.

Surely Bamford can’t be that far off can he. We don’t need another striker when we have him to come back.
By the time we get one in and he is up to speed with the way we play, we would have Bamford back and he already knows how we play!

Roofe feeding on scraps majority of time. Deliver him proper chances and has scored regularly.
Desperately need a wide player who can beat players and get crosses in on the floor from the byline.

Bamford will come back, bench warm and then get injured again. We have just 2 strikers and one only plays when the other hasn't scored. We need more goals from all attacking players.

His all round game running the channels also creates space for others
What we desperately need is a 10. We have nobody who can thread the ball "eye of a needle style" if Pablo had a rare off day. We are too reliant on him.
A 10 and a winger with pace and we are sound.

Roofe, Roberts and Bamford are 3 excellent options.
What we desperately need is a proven winger. Someone who can beat a few players and has goalscoring capabilities.
We need a Max Gradel.

Never replaced Gradel, he was top class at this level.
Not cheap like you say, but staying in this division is far more expensive.
Izzy Brown might give us another option
Problem today was Clarke was doubled up on. That made space on the opposite wing, but the other winger was Harrison so he did nothing with that. Add in a pacy winger like James and we would be much more threatening with 2 fast, direct wingers.
A number 10 would be good to allow Pablo back on the right as well. We won't get both this transfer window, so probably a winger is best bet.
Yes we need a Gradel, but for me the midfield is still quite flaccid. We need a tackling passer tenacious type in the middle to win the ball back higher up the pitch and lay it off in that final 3rd.
