Sacrificed

Let’s face it if u ain’t winning a cup or making it to the final, you might as well go out in the first round

I truly believe we will now go on and win the title, you couldn't ask for a better time for a lovely mini break when injuries mount, city continue to play and we can come back with a bang at 100mph.

If Liverpool don't win it then you have bottled it big time!

With luck, officials, injuries, suspensions and schedule fixture behind you giving you every help, only you can stop yourself from winning it.

Morespurs, We will not win it.

GB want to jinx it with this kind of vodoo articles as he is an Arsenal fan.
He is like a witch.

More....I know u like to wum, however I actually agree with you. We really have no excuses this time.

Spent a fortune on our defence, promoted some youth, world class attack and loads of mf options.

AOC to come back and of course lallana is now back, not forgetting the all important break.

It also helps which people forget, klopp has won the title before in germany so, he knows exactly what it takes....thats huge.

This 10, 11 day break, is fantastic for the team.

You crazy?

Liverpool with 4 points clear, plenty of days in between games, so plenty of rests, been very fortunate for example Palace keeper was the 3rd choice keeper and hadn't played for a year gifting 2 goals, so after all that, are you telling me Liverpool is incapable of winning the title?

It would take a huge reversal of fortunes to deny Liverpool the title now.

Bollox.

This City squad and team are so strong it would be a fantatic accomplishment winning the title. We are over achieving this season when you factor the money City's owners have invested

That was the key diff. I have been laughing at you for the past few seasons as I knew that old defense was a par below what is required and that was the diff between Liverpool and Spurs.
Klopp addressed it during the back end of last season. Not long enough to impact positively. But this season, it's paying off well.

Paisley...no I dont think so.

We have imo the best lb, rb, cb in the league and a gk as good as any in the league, up front our 3 players are considered among Europe's best.

Yes city have obv a good squad, be we actually have better players in those positions mentioned.

When u factor in who we played so far its magnificent to be where we are, and we are where we are because we have some of the leagues and europes best players.

Squad needed this mini break. Now we can go all out in the two major competitions. Another mini break next month. Fully justified gamble by Klopp.

I don’t think any team that surpasses 90 points in the PL could honestly be seen as bottlers.

If anything - you’d be considered very unfortunate.

This concept of "bottlers" labelled at side who after a gruelling season finishes second is made by certain Liverpool and chelsea fans

Calling Spurs as bottlers when Spurs finished 2nd and 3rd, after mounting a brilliant campaign previously while playing scintilating football, by Liverpool and Chelsea fans THAT's stupid.

Spurs were unfortunate too, if you translate the same?

spurs were unfortunate, no doubt. the finishing third in a two horse race was mostly just to p!ss off sandy. this year with the strength of the league anyone who wins will have really accomplished something. even city.

Spurs have actually done outstandingly well its just the 2 teams above them are basically having freakishly good seasons.

I do and have always expected spurs to drop off, not signing players is madness and u get what spurs have got, injuries after too many games

True

The points tally for the top three is incredible already...Ok, bar City maybe.

But City are not getting it easy this year and Pep is sure earning his dough now!

we won;t have made it until the final game of season is over.

next 3 games before CL and utd are crucial imo.. city play two top 6 rivals.

Luck. Where was the luck when we drew psg and Napoli in champs league and chelsea in league cup. And then these fixtures above were squeezed in between games versus city, chelsea, Spurs etc.

And then decisions. Don't make me laugh. Yes we certainly had some our way but then others we didn't like kompany red, Burnley off side goal, Townsend and tomkins handball etc.

Just make it up in your little head the FA, league and everyone else conspiring to let us win the league
