looking forward to him getting some game time next season, he'll get better playing with better players
He does seem to be carrying them a bit.
With the loans he's had over the last few seasons surely it's time for him to come home and stay. He's not a Hendo, a Gini, of Milly. He has his own style, his free kicks are deadly, for me he is years above his age.
I know that bringing him in, what with A O-C, Naby, Fab all being in the mix, he will struggle to get in and stay.
I hope he does.
Why would he be competing with Keita and Fabinho?
Jim...dont know really. He could come in like TAA and stay in, i would think next season the cups would be a great starting point for him along side say Keita and Hendo/Milner.
Hes a top top talent and older than Gomez and TAA so should kick on now.
You guys do know he's a winger right? With Salah for some reason playing most of the season upfront, perhaps due to Ox being out and Klopp wanting Firmino to link the midfield to attack, Wilson could be fighting with Shaqiri for a spot. This loan has been a great one for him as he has looked a class above in the games I've watched. Next year looks to be the time for him to stake his claim.
Toor..yeah i know hes a winger but he plays lke a mf too, he can float around mf and do damage.
Cant wait until.hes in the team...whos going to take the fks..TAA...Harry...Salah???
The sooner he stops helping Derby, the better!
I’ve seen a lot of him through watching Derby a lot this season with CFC connection. Wicked delivery from crosses and set pieces. Great shot technique. Average dribbler or otherwise average on ball. Reminds me a bit of Snodgrass/Siggurdsson type players in how they are great with deadball (or deadball like situations in open play) but a bit average outside of it.
Whats his general play like, aside from freekicks?

I doubt we'll be going into next season with either shaqiri or wilson starting on the right
In hindsight we could've kept Wilson and not even bothered about signing Shaqiri and he would've gotten enough games...I think.
However there still should be a place in the squad for him next season. Maybe Shaqiri shifts to the left or central while Wilson plays on the right.
I doubt any of them are going to displace Salah or Mane...but rotation is good.
first he's not that quick.
second his retunr as a support player to forwards at derby isn't great. 2 assist??
Harry wilson is far too good to hang round on a bench or in u23s but he's not good enough to play for us yet.
let him improve a bit more at derby.
