Casilla
Shackleton
Cooper
Jansson
Alioski
Phillips
Klich
Hernandez
Roberts
Clarke
Roofe
Ayling doesn’t look fit, Forshaw is terrible.
Dropping Roofe is stupid.
Maybe Forshaw will have a game against his former club - would take a point right now ALAW
roofe to come on bamford looked most clinical on pitch
I'd have Shackleton for Ayling and Phillips for Roberts. Douglas for Harrison.
I know Douglas was poor yesterday but Alioski was too. I'd rather our left back played there.
Casilla
Shack
Jansson
Cooper
Douglas
Phillips
Forshaw
Klich
Alioski
Pablo
Roofe
Push Forshaw further up, don't leave our midfield so open. Don't concede early on.
Did people watch the game
Bamford could barely run.
Having two chances in the last minute when the game is over doesn’t mean he should start yet
Utter utter madness
Not only that LIW, but you can’t just start a game after being out for 2/3 months.
If he starts against boro Beilsa will be getting deserpeate to the extreme
Interesting, back three SKHMOT.
That's about the only formation that I see Ayling starting in.
There were sighs that at least half of the squad lost it mentally yesterday, Ayling, Pontus, Forshaw, Alioski, Klich and Roofe all showed signs of being not there mentally. hope the boss gets inside their head this week.
I would be looking at Casilla, Shacks, Pontus, Coops, Alioski, Phillips, Harrison, Pablo, Klich, Roberts and Roofe.
Have significant concerns about Pablo though, he was shocking yesterday. Needs a rest but we have got nobody to replace him with.
need to be solid for boro - bamford scored in his last games and roofe look like he needs a rest or to affect like Clarke from the bench - Roberts and klich been our best 2 players last 2 games imo
Ayling - bench
Forshaw - bench
Douglas - bench
Casilla
Shackleton
Cooper
Pontus
Alioski
Philips
Pablo
Klich
Roberts
Clarke
Roofe - Bamford last 25 mins
brown can replace hernadez soon doing well in under 23s
I'd drop ayling and bring in shack
Phillips would start meaning I'd drop drop forshaw.
I'd be looking to have both Bamford and brown on the bench to bring on after the hour mark.
all good suggestions - boro we need fighters in midfield
against clayton howson and besic- really tough test
I would love to see Klich and Brown paired up. Both are classy, skillful players.

Agree with this, wouldn’t force Bamford on just because we can though.
Roofe has been outstanding this season.
thought how well we did against derby and then thought the irony of how teams have worked us out since spygate - farke did brilliant yesterday but did not help they knew our team on thursday
I'd play Ayling ahead of Shack given that he's taller and Boro are a team of giants. I'd play Bamford from the bench, although I'd like to see him and Roofe both playing together, one playing behind the other if possible.
If you have pontus and Cooper in there i don't really see the benefit of starting ayling when he is so out of form based on his height.
I'm unsure of the fitness of Douglas, however I'd also consider dropping roofe and playing Roberts upfront a d moving alioski into midfield again.
However that's more of an option rather than something I'd know I'd do.
Form is awful at the moment and we need to make some changes
won 9 out of last 14 games is that the worst form?
we won 7 on bounce before last 7
We have lost 4 out of the last 6.
So yes our form is bad
Won 50% of our last 4 games, so not too bad. We could go to 3 games, in which case we've only won 33%, but last two games 50% won.

Absolutely correct. He was way off the pace of the game and out of his depth against the speed of Norwich's pressing. We shouldn't be fooled by the injury time consolation goal. He's nowhere near ready to start.
That said, I do like the look of Bamford and think since he gets up to match fitness he will be useful.
Think at the moment he will be best used as Clarke was when he wasn't match fit.
Sub apperences until he is up to speed.
yes fair point matty he against his old team scored in his last 2 games against Norwich and Bolton and will be up to prove a point but may lack match fitness and roofe looks off the pace recently maybe Roberts upfront
