But if you watch the pen from the angle behind the goal Ferguson has a hold of Tavs jersey at the back and pulls him down on top of him.

No way the ref could see it - but I have a bit of sympathy with Tav for how that on ended up.

Was the pen decision against Aberdeen an offside decision not given and the defender put his hand up to claim offside which clearly was. Dodgy decision again.

From the refs view you can see why he gave it. But as you say, Ferguson had his arm in a very strange pusotion almost doubling back on itself and had a hold of tav round the back out of sight from the ref.

two teams both right up for a battle, some quality finishes and the natural order restored.

The positive thing to take from last night was once again we stepped up to the plate for a big important match.

I felt reasonably confident going into the game last night because I believe we have more quality than Aberdeen. But we need to turn up, don’t make any daft mistakes and get the job done.

I will admit I was relieved when Defoe lasered his finish into the back of the net😂

We just need to produce the same type of performance Saturday against Killie.

Think he will freshin things up this weekend - I hope the formation doesnt change though.

Our bench looked the strongest its been in a long time last night which was pleasing.

Just need Celtic to drop some points.......
