big test for the defence and keeper on thursday.

browns beem phenomenal btw

Brown and Sinky back to form is a big plus for us, Burke's pace though wow!! Fair play to Hayes he had a good game especially after me damming him early in the first half 😂 Europe is purely a side show for me, now it's about pushing away from the rest in the league and hopefully a kind draw in the next round of the cup 👍

Did I read somewhere that Sumo came off because of the bokey bokey? Better not be a bug afflicting the camp this week 🤢

Bayo playing for the reserves today apparently

Yeah i was surprised Bayo wasn't on the bench yesterday but he'd have wanted to get Forrest, Eddy and a few others some minutes for the game on Thursday.

I expect Bayo to be involved on Sunday.

Doubt KT will play on Sunday due to the pitch so we may need to use Hayes at left back, he did well yesterday but I'd be worried about that situation.

Christie and Burke should be rightly pilloried for their daft diving antics and I’m going to give Defoe the benefit of the doubt for the stumble against St Mirren but just wtf was that on Sunday

You’d think players would be intelligent enough to know by now how everything is so scrutinised that even if they get away with it on the day it’s an automatic ban from any compliance panel and refs put on notice while they’re made to look bloody stupid.

But no.

Defoe's one was funny as flook, even Broadfoot who did his best to give Rangers 2 penalties and get himself sent off was giving him it tight

Was a great performance, and some goal by Brown in the midst of it. Really pleased for him and his performances have been great since the winter break. Same for Sinclair. Still missing Benkovic, KT, Ntcham, Edouard, and Rogic from the starting line up as well.

And is Laudrup’s thread not a thing of beauty for a Monday morning?!

It was indeed but even amongst the madness of this site it stood out in a league of its own.

Events now put to bed and wholly and factually incorrect. Couldn’t have been any better

This sounds a fairly reasonable resume.

Here. Is it right that McGregor ran out to blooter a free kick against Boyd as he was in the way and Boyd just laughed at him?

What is wrong with some players these days

Thought Mulumbu looked good for Killie again but you also realise that he's nowhere near better than McGregor, Brown or Christie.

Happy that game ended a draw to be fair, the replay is a few days after we play Killie so they might have one eye on that one.

Fair play to the Gers fans on here calling for action on Defoe from the compliance officer.

Wait-not one of them has even mentioned it?! That’s strange...

I also have a feeling there may be a call to have thread deleted, or there will be an amendment made, so just for posterity...

In 2009 was the last Celtic player to be cited by the SFA , quite incredible

I guess some people may not be very surprised considering the background of the last 3 compliance officers in Scottish football’

its another game for each team to play which is good, fixture congestion is always nice.

fancy them to take killie at home tbh

Doesn’t even have that to work with.

The thing is, it's not the compliance officer alone that reviews the footage, it's three referees and her.

Were the last three compliance officers P@pes?

Defoe was an embarrassment, he tried to stick the leg out to the side and initiate the contact and think he even failed to do that so just ended up going down in isolation which makes it look all the more absurd. By the way I noticed he didin't bounce straight back up like the the St Mirren one.

Wonder how many of those that swamped the media with demands for Burke to get referred will do the decent thing and contact them again to request their own player get the same treatment.
