On not scoring first...
We all try to find the explanations to the cycle of the team, you - the media and us, nobody wants to concede the first goal. There's a price that we are not willing to pay because it's not convenient, if we are only focused on preventing the opponent from scoring a goal we would be doing something in the way you are proposing. If we shared the energy between creating and defending the possibility for the opponent to score a goal is higher and this is a mathematical analysis. But from a football point of view if you dominate the game you have more chances to score goals. What is true is that usually we conceded one goal per game - or less than one - but now we concede more than one goal per game. Our team always contributes to the goals scored by the opponent but it's not very fair to say it's a contribution but you have actions of danger or situations that depend on the team who is attacking and you have other actions that are made easier by the team that is defending. When you make it easier for the opponent to attack it is when you make a mistake but the mistake is part of football. If there is something that you can't ask to a football player, ,you can't say take risks but you are not allowed to make mistakes. The best ones take risks and don't make mistakes but those are very few. If you tell a player take risks but you are allowed to make mistakes, the only solution would the player not taking risks and if you don't risks in football the game becomes less attractive and then the capacity of winning decreases. When you play you always compare yourself to the opponent, if the only comparison we make is who is not making mistakes, when two teams play with the only of not making mistakes the game is not attractive.
On Luke Ayling...
For me Bill Ayling is a great player, he is a complete player. When I say complete I mean he can manage all aspects of the game, he can defend as full back and as a centre back

He has an aerial game that is not very common for players who play as full backs and if we divide the pitch in three segments taking into account he right side of the pitch he defends well, he is well ijn the playing out, he takes risks when we have to organise and when we have to use the ball and the only thing that has decreased a little bit is his defensive impact. He is a player who usually gets grades over 7 points but now he is getting 6 points, the thing we can't do is to lok at everything so we divide and we comment only on the last games. The only thing I can tell about Bill Ayling is that he contributes a little less in attack and usually he was getting a grade over 7 points and now he is getting 6 points but for me is a very important player for the team - an example for his team mates and for the public and the fans and in football you have very few players that don't have ups and downs.
... When Bill has less impact he is always above 6 points, never less than 6 points so even in his downs he is always over 6 points. Maybe I am not objective because I have a very special respect for him. And also because he also takes risks
On getting the players in superb shape pre season
It's not convenient to be overweight but it's not the only aspect that decides the physical performance, the quality of the training sessions is also important and the professionalism of the player is more important than the qiality of the training session because to get a good physical performance you need to rest and the thing that makes you have a better physical performance is the character of the personality. A mix of these three aspects the most important one is the personality and we can also add the natural skills. The second thing is the professionalism and the third one is the quality of the training sessions.
On Swansea...
For me Swansea is a big team. It's a team that hasn't used it's full potential so far, it's a team that has a counter culture, they have players very good with the ball and I like how Swansea plays.
On Berardi....
He will play the next under 23s game and if everything goes well this weekend he will also play the next 23s game on Monday.
Dallas will also follow the same process and if they are well after these two games these two players will be closer to the first team.
It's not the same case of Douglas and Forshaw who have a shorter period of inactivity and it will be easier for them to reach their sports fitness.
Dallas and Berardi will need more time.

Marcelo also named his side when doing his team news and he will make one change with Hernandez in for Clarke.
Bielsa on the promotion race - asked how difficult it will be to finish in the top two
"We all agree with the fact that in the Championship we don't have any easy games. We know it's difficult to have good results. You don't win many games with a huge difference in the score. It's very difficult to draw conclusions."
