Think black bmw drivers must be. They seem to get pulled by the police more.

There should be higher premiums for each aspect in which you are incorrect. I don't have to worry about any of them because I am white, male, educated, employed, middle class, able bodied, in shape, not old, not young.

I am therefore 100% correct as a person.

For each area in which you are not correct you should pay 10% extra.

Tbf to the CPS there isn’t any point in prosecuting a 97 year old who has given up his licence, he’s off the road and he could be dead in six months anyway...

“Not in the public interest to prosecute” really means that it is not worth cost of pursuing the matter at taxpayer’s expense if there is a likelihood that a conviction may not be secured.

In every case the CPS , by law has to consider whether there is a realistic prospect of a conviction and then, is it In the public interest to proceed. That is there legal duty.
The public interest has a totally different meaning to what the public might find interesting.
It's highly unlikely that a prosecution would have followed in these circumstances if it was any random member of the public driving

Most of them are careful. Far too risky not to be. You do not know where those prozzies have been.

And yet, by comparison, a man who was homeless at the time of the offence, was prosecuted for not sending his tax return in on time.

Fortunately the judge threw it out as being unreasonable.

Did anyone really doubt that HRH would not end up in court?

I thought driving without due care and attention meant prosecution - it did when I went into the back of someone aged 19. Or maybe it was just because I was 19?
