Good luck to the lad.

this
Good luck to him, hopefully the chemo doesn’t affect his career.
Terrible news. Hope the lad recovers fully and back to 100% soon.
Thanks Rosso. I haven't heard of him before, fingers crossed that the treatment is successful.
Hope he recovers. Horrible indiscriminate disease.
Hope he makes a full and speedy recovery.
Terrible to hear, hopefully he makes a full recovery.
Just 19?
Feck off cancer.
Terrible news.
Really hope he makes a full recovery
It's things like this that makes petty club rivalry just that - petty.
Fack. I'm facing Chemo myself if post-radiotherapy results go t*ts up. Sounds dreadful. I'm sixty. I've had a good run. This lad's a teen.
Jesus.
Good luck with the treatment beeb
Fundraising page?
Wtf?
Seriously, he is a part of one of the biggest teams and brands in the world and he is having to set up a funding page.... there is something seriously wrong there if that's the case

why did he change his name ?
That is truly bizarre there's a gofundme thing for this?
Some of you haven't read this properly
Its not a gofundme page... It's a virgin fundraising page for the 3 centres, charities and trusts he feels has helped him and wants to raise money for... The Christie, Macmillan and teen cancer trust
Its not a gofundme for his treatment etc
Yeah, it’s common practice for people that have received cancer treatment to promote charities for cancer research/care.

Makes sense. Actually visited the fundraising page but still didn't find it that clear
It lists them on the bottom right under charities.

And it works, too.
I have a Marie Curie daffodil brooch-type thingy on all my jackets. I do donate, obviously, but many, many people ask me, almost daily, what the flower is all about.
It's good to spread the message. Get yourselves checked out. Pronto.
