Pogba’s in the form of his life because he’s playing in an attacking system with good movement. He’s not been given that luxury in his career before. It’s something I’ve wanted to see for a long time, and he hasn’t disappointed. It’s nothing to do with simply picking his tools back up. He’s on a completely different building site.

I fully understand that that system you play now is different to the one Mourinho played. that makes a small difference compared to the much bigger change which is that Pogba has stopped downing tools.

What is the huge difference in position between playing in a midfield 3 and playing in the 3 behind the tip in a midfield diamond? It is slightly different because the wingers in a 4-3-3 aren't there in a diamond but it's a very similar position.
