OP - just wondering, from your Username, whether or not you're on Mallorca. Never frequented the Bournemouth board before. Only asking as I'm resident here myself.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Beeb, yes I am Resident here on the island. I live in Puerto Pollensa in the North. I am a massive Wolves fan but my best mate here is a Man U fan so we have a nice little mutual respect/banter thing going on. Where on the island do you live?
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi Gem. I'm out in the sticks near to Capdepera.

We should get a JA606 Mallorca group going!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
What just the 2 of us? We'd bore each other to death in no time

If you fancy the trek up to God's country for either the Wolves v Man U cup game on March 16th or the Wolves v Man U league game on April 2nd, me and my mate, the Man U fan will be in Bar Bondia in Puerto Pollensa for both games, drinking beer, shouting at the TV and generally taking the pizz out of each other. You would be more than welcome to join us and make it two onto one

Lambert in trying to emulate Nuno has achieved the first stage and got himself a touchline ban

All this bollox about MM and Doherty is false. Does anyone know how many league games he played under that illustrious leader of ours???

One, in fact a 45 minute debut against Liverpool. He spent most of his time out on loan while dopey bollox was in charge and was at Hibernians when we finally got rid of him in February 2012.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
To be fair MM is only taking the credit for signing him (and I suspect his comments were somewhat tongue in cheek on that too), not for developing him to what he is now.

Interesting to see Saiss get a new contract too. Can be sloppy at times, but in general is a better footballer than most give him credit for. Gets in to good positions in the box and should have more goals to his credit, Ive seen an improvement in him this season.

I do suspect however that the new deal is in place to ensure we get good money if anyone comes in for him. I like him but if a decent offer comes in for him we should offload and look to bring in better. He's been good value for the 3.5m we payed for him.

It is lucky we didn't just give him away along with Cavaleiro like one expert on here suggested.

Good player and very consistent and a key reason we stormed the championship a year ago. We should be open to moving him on for a good fee though as we are still aiming higher and higher but if not still a very good squad player.

Oh gawd - WITLESS still on about Mick. thankfully I don't read his drivel with him blocked. Doherty was a shrewd signing by Mick, when he was young, and he did well from being loaned out to help his progression. In fact Mick reckons dropping to Div 1 helped him become the player he is now. Shame some wangkparsnips can't see beyond their prejudice.

Jeff Shi et al must be rubbing their hands at this news about Chelsea. That's one team ahead of us who just got easier to overtake in the next twelve months.

Agreed, relegation to league one was definitely a big plus for many many reasons.

Cardiff 0 Watford 1, that'll teach you.
Maybe Watford are the best team outside the top SEVEN.
