Stupid FA Cup KO times

I won't like it for games i attend, but it would be good for social circumstances, big games especially.

I prefer the late kick off compared to 12:30, tbh.

Surprised there are still 3pm Saturday kick offs in the PL, would have thought they would have died out by now.

Might be a northern thing, not sure, but Saturday night is the night with the Mrs. Usually out at gig, at the local or in town somewhere with friends.

Football literally takes over your entire life. There is no day or time that is safe anymore. I personally don't mind the early kick off actually. Atmosphere isn't the best but I like having rest of the day to do stuff.

If you are a pre drinks sort of person late kick off's are perfect if you are hitting town with friends who also love football.

I live abroad couple of hours ahead so for me i'm use to that kick off time and don't mind it atall.

Everyones different. For example, tomorrows kick off for Arsenal is perfect for me. Got all morning at home, have a bit of lunch then off to the match, Should be home 10ish, rather than 1sh if it were an 8pm kick off.
For most it is awful, due to being at work. For once being a shift worker is a benefit compared to the Mon-Fri workers.

Arsenal kicking off at 5.55 on a work day is an absolute disgrace. Especially given how silly London can get. Then again Manchester at that time is no better. M60 and m602 are just like the M25 for us. Absolute nightmare.

Football really has lost touch with the fans.

I live a 20 minute drive away and I'll be sitting in the wolves end

I don't like sitting in home end for away games. Granted it's a good while ago since I used to go to plenty of away games but I can't keep quiet when we score. Got loads of abuse at the Reebok once from Bolton fans.

My dad stood on the kop in the 70's and lived to tell the tale. Braver man than me.

Was it Arsenals choice to have this ko time?

No, UEFA. First of all it was moved to today at 5pm. The club complained and it was moved to tomorrow 6pm.

Match going fans always get the rough end of the stick, and we always put up with it. Not just stupid ko times but fixtures shifted all the time. Fans at the match are a vital part of the game but are given no consideration what so ever.

It should be one hell of an away end at Wolves but I feel sorry for those who'll have trouble getting back if it goes to extra-time and penalties.

All the travelling fans I’ve seen on Twitter and a few of my mates that go are over the moon it’s the Saturday 8pm slot tbh. Will be buzzing with 5,000 reds in that ground at night.

Bleeding 8 o'clock on a Saturday night and would have to clash with a gig I'm going to at the Academy.

Having been on the pi$$ all day and even from the night before in some cases, I'd be buzzing too.

Cheers, I guess they are deliberately keeping yours and Chelseas games apart to maximise viewing figures for each game.

TV getting far too much power and say for me.

The league and clubs wouldn’t be what they are without the TV rights.

Evening kickoffs at the weekend are bullsheet.

If and when midweek games have to be played, later are better than earlier kickoffs, but I'd have rid of anything after 3pm on a Saturday or Sunday.

The Wailers, Boris. Only one member left mind you but I love Reggae music and love Bob Marley. My second biggest love after the greatest and most successful football club in the land.

They'll have trouble anyway.

Wolverhampton really struggled with their game Vs sherewsbury.

Had a quick UK visit from here in Spain last week and scooted around the country.

I pity anybody who has to deal with getting away from Wolverhampton.

I pity, even more, anybody who has the misfortune to actually have to go there.
