The performance has been good, think we were a bit unlucky with the red card, we let ourselves down in the first leg though.

Ajer has given everything this evening

My expectations were that we gave a good account of ourselves and I think we have despite being down to 10 men for most of the game 👍

Dan=mage was done 1st leg. Having said that a huge improvement tonight and but for the red card we may have got something imo

I think Christie could do with a few weeks off.

Btw Emmerdale does have some quality on it

Not sure if he hit a hot streak not long after signing his contract and has reverted to type or lack of competition with Ntcham and rogic has affected his form

Aye he's definitely dipped in the last 4-5 games, we have a big squad and should be able to keep up our run without him, Forrest could also do with a purple of games off.

I’m really pleased with that performance the night.

A lot of credit to Rodgers for the way he’s set the team up and the players for playing it out well.

I’m not even going to call out the few negatives as that was way beyond what I thought tonight would be.

Something to build on I hope.

I’ve said it once though and I’ll say it again. Kris Ajer is going to be a top centre half in years to come.

He is looking for the safe/easy/lazy ball all the time lately. When he gets it he gives a 5 yard pass and is immediately looking for it back in the exact same position he was in. Give him a rest
