Wasn’t Overmars instrumental in Arsenal winning the double? How is he tied last with Davids who ratted around in Spurs’ midfield for a season or so? The flying Dutch man should be above VVD and VDV too, for me.

Thomas Part Ime Van Driij Ver was actually very good in the Scottish Premiership. Despite only being semi professional. No idea what his other job was.

I took the subject literally 'best dutchman' to mean more than just football player. Gullit has some coaching achievements that I also took into account.
