I never give up.
It’s a pity the club didn’t have the same attitude
Clearly we were short, the club had a massive obligation to the fans and the club to improve the squad.
These opportunities seldom come along for promotion.
Just maybe we have enough, but why not make sure ?
In what way could the club activated plans b,c or d given the situation they were in with the James transfer.

VOF, blaming Swansea that we didn’t improve our squad in January?
Will it also be Swansea to blame if we don’t get promoted?
The club should have had a plan B Plan C etc
No excuses.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
We brought in a keeper from Real M and attempted to sign a promising and highly rated young winger - 2 positions most were saying we needed to sort.
The winger was a done deal - Swansea allowed him to travel north and have a medical - why wouldn't the purchasing club believe that this is a deal being made? Why would you need plan B, C, D ..... in those circumstances?
Who was out there, as the alternate plan, that you'd have seen us sign?
You got roasted by Liw on a different thread, so you've gone into overdrive elsewhere since then to vent about it. Are you Eric?
If we don't get promoted i'll be hugely disappointed, like all fans. But this squad has got us where we are now, and the manager has moulded them to do that. I'm not sure there's a need for the levels of panic you're showing .....
How are these posts still coming up? Can't these types of people just get behind the team and stop trying to spread negativity all the time.
We go top if we beat Bolton tomorrow, we've been doing it all season, beating people to go top again and we'll do it again tomorrow.
We've been injury savaged, destroyed by the media, had nearly every team in the Championship complain about us, we have every single person who isn't Leeds wanting us to fail - but we're still in the driving seat and will continue to challenge for the title, not second place, but the TITLE. All our games sell out in an hour, the place is rocking.
Just enjoy the ride. I we fail, we'll go again next season. The club is finally going in the right direction, it's a matter of time now before we go up.
LIW was put in his place. Factually incorrect.

__________
He has been sensitive about LIW ever since he lost that bet to him and didn't pay making him look like both an utter scųmbag (LIW said he could give the money to charity) and an total biitch for welshing on the bet.
So he tends to be a little precious about when LIW makes him look dumb, which is understandable if you consider it.
Ahh I see, makes sense now.
This is the same person who said Bielsa would be sacked by xmas.
So the OP wanted us to sign a forward to sit in front or behind of Roofe, Bamford and Roberts?
To buy one to sit in front would have cost £millions.
To sign one to sit behind would have meant Bielsa wavering from his strategy of only to buy to improve the squad.
On the bench we will have the choice of Edmunson or Kun Temenuzhkov, Dallas, Brown with Clarke to come back in a week or so I hope.

Beradi?
Bielsa said Berardi needed more time and will play today for the U23s.
I think Douglas will too. Forshaw a bit behind and not ready yet, neither is Clarke. All the above in contention for West Brom. That just leaves Roofe on the sideline touch wood.
Onto the transfer window and I find the idea that Leeds or any club for that matter will have a line of players sat with their option letter on the back of their chair.
Sat waiting for the bloke in fronts transfer deal to fall through so they can get theirs. Plotting ways to somehow injure him and get further up the queue. At the end of the day a load of option Bs, Cs & Ds wall out of club doors dejected all over the country like they’ve turned up on Call Lane in trainers and have been rejected entry.
