A Safety Advisory Council meeting, including representatives from the club, police, council and ambulance service will meet tomorrow morning to discuss potential problems.

Taken from the beano, assuming it will be about the Millwall game

benny, how would you feel if the Millwall game was forced to be played behind closed doors?

posted on 5/3/19

They'll be no news as such until Wed night Thurs morning.
Put your feet up have a rest but be sure to do the washing making sure the jumpers are clean in case they are required for goalpost duty on Saturday

Is there an option to play behind closed doors? Postpone it still in the same boat on Tuesday which confusingly is Sheffield Wednesday. Sorry mess coming to an end it looks like. The only positive is there appears to be people willing to take the club on but not while that charlatan holds all the shares.

Next match is days away you know Ken is always last minute the efl don't meet until tomorrow so there's plenty of time.

Before the Beano tell some more porkies in the morning I best get in first.
The efl meeting mentioned above is the quarterly scheduled meeting we are not on the agenda there is the aob where something could be mentioned it will not be speculation about ability to host a match.

Why would someone interested in buying NUFC for 300M be suddenly interested in a 25-30m club?
Getting boring now, no-one knows what's going on, reporters just speculating, scaremongering.
Wake me up when its all over.

You can’t argue with what Ken as done for the club.
At a very difficult time and not a lot of money.
He as never said he wanted to keep the club but move it on, there is no proof as yet as to wether he will make a profit, but he as been well paid for his trouble,

Let’s face it they weren’t cueing up to take the club off Eddie Davies .

The Beano looking a bit sheepish what were they doing trying to play a game of flush Ken out talks.
Next stop the head count of sick lame and lazy on Friday so we can at least try and load the bingo machine with the right balls for the weekend.

Ken interrupted yesterday so we had better have a rest day today in lieu of that.
We've a busy make or break 7 days starting Saturday get all the rest you can before it starts you'll need it.

There only seems to be two interested parties on here
Pasty, have we been dreaming or is there a takeover happening round the next corner.
Benny must be walking round with his fingers and toes crossed, ignoring social media waiting for that tap on his shoulder saying ( it’s official the deals gone through)

I'm more concerned about SWIE I hope he's alright and not got involved behind the scenes.

I'll post what I have later

The Mad Prof banned for two games.
We may not see him again looking lost with his hands in his pockets

2 game touchline ban and £3k fine, while Bolton got £8k fine….. who is gonna pay that one??
Leeds get a £5k fine

posted on 7/3/19

Small change we'll deduct it from the Prof's owed bonus and wages of those involved when all is totted up at the end of this saga

Hi Guys. I'm sorry not to have been involved of late but I have no internet at the lodge since I returned. The old Wi-Fi system was closed down and the new one is being actioned. If fact some owners have it already. I have paid up front and the guy who owns the new company had run out of equipment. It arrived yesterday but because it was raining he wouldn't fit our system. Talk about being soft.

We are at our son's house today on childminding duty, hence the Wi-Fi. So, tomorrow morning is the day for the install, that is if it's not raining. We will see.

I have been starved of all info regarding BWFC except finding out that the next game will now go ahead. Of course, I have had a bumper session of catching up with the news. It's good to see that the takeover is now progressing although we have been at this point before and I'm not counting our chickens just yet. It's good to see that you and Golden have been keeping the forum alive and kicking in the absence of other members of the forum going awol.

I'm hoping that I will be able to tune into the forum on Saturday but it's dependant on a certain plonker being able to get the WI-Fi up and running.

Keeping everything crossed for Saturday and of course hoping that Ken can get the deal over the line ASAP.

That's flushed you out then swie now we're just waiting for Benny if he's waiting for the take over to be announced we may have to do the match thread for him.

thought something was going down but it's back up and running again

To be honest I'm sick to death about what is happening at the moment, really just want to get back to discussing football. The latest from the beano ed family could boot ken out, why not do this earlier? One day the takeover is going to happen, the next not. At the moment it looks like the match is going on. Every time I heard the beano mention the part time staff will be paid Thursday and full time staff Friday no mention of the players. Wouldn't be surprised if the players downed tools and we couldn't put a team out tomorrow. A week away I think from they could all walk out of their contracts. Hopefully something sorted today. Personally I'm sick of the rollercoaster we are on at the moment, ups and downs. I want to get off. Match tomorrow, can't see I'm looking forward to it.

Move along nothing to see here stay calm and save your energy for match day.
If you want to do something useful put a good word in at the Howfen amateur dramatics society they could use some of the Beano staff they've been practicing all week.

wonder if the bingo machine will be used tomorrow...it may be a case of if you turn up then you play
