Rip up his passport asap?
Under no circumstances should this little runt come back
Given the circumstances I don't blame him for wanting a move to Spain.
I understand why the club allowed it to happen and I am proud that the club considered his needs above the clubs. Because it has undoubtedly hindered the club not having him/not having a fee in to use on a replacement.
If he returns from his loan I will give him a chance to settle and hope that his down turn in form was due to the family trouble he was having.
I would expect him to be prepared to give everything he has to repay the decency the club showed towards him. If he returns and starts being difficult then I, along with everyone else will be rightly brassed off.
At the end of the day I am prepared to give him the benefit of the doubt at the very least. And for those less understanding than myself, they will love him if he starts putting in top performances for the side. Football fans have a very short memory if a player is performing on the pitch.
So it's down to him really.
From day one it was a shocker of deal.
I kept hearing, we’ll get paid £6m End of season.
Be lucky to get a £1 for him in summer
What a surprise.
The clubs handling of this made me so angry, I'm not sorry for how heartless this sounds.
We should have held out for a fee or commitment to buy so we could re-invest.
£1m loan fee which could be taken off the transfer fee, with that £1m we could invest in a loan player.
The fact we got NOTHING for such a pivotal player is ludicrous and ranks up there as an error that could potentially cost promotion.
PS would I take him back....No.
The club has moved on, this is our chance. Bringing him back next year could disrupt the harmony and togetherness.
AZA, more in the reason, he brought his own downfall, his attitude was shocking, to me anyway, could see it all ending badly for all.
AZA, it's not next year(2020), it's NEXTSEASON(2019), why do people keep saying next year or last year instead of next season/last season, drives me bunkers, pundits do it on Match of the Day, players do it !!!
Saiz however should be given a chance again. He has so much potential, I thought Alioski and him got on well on the pitch.
AZA, I didn't mean to be harsh on you about the Next Year phrase you used, just had to et it off mu chest !!
Faithin, it has always been down to him but yes I could give him another shot. There is no doubt he has something. But can MB? Has he over stepped the mark of the ethos MB expects from his players?

Don't worry, there are other things that bug me.
However;
Football is my primary calendar, a season is it's own year to me.
To confuse things more
Being an accountant I do the same things with Tax Years
His stats at Getafe are shocking - less than 4 hours of first team play in his 6 games so far, two appearances as sub, lower pass completion, less impact than at Leeds.
You can imagine the response from players when he comes back to us. He would have to do a hell of a lot to get back into the first team squad, and to gain the support of his colleagues. I just don't think he has the mentality to do that.
This has been a wretched deal from the start. We have moved on and I think he should too.
You don’t know how his teammates have reacted to him going. They may have the utmost sympathy for his situation.
Maybe MB did not like his attitude which would not surprise me.
i really hope he doesn't come back. most overrated player for a while in leeds. a few tricks with 0 end product.
also it would matter where we are. defo not prem caliber.
Firstly, club should have done better due dilligence on a player that moves more frequently than Donn gets one stars.
Secondly, if he wanted to move for family reasons, good on the club for accommodating him BUT they should have gotten a loan fee, that would have enabled Dan James deal.
Finally, I always said we would not get these vast sums people thought we'd be getting when selling him and also said that there is no guarantee that this loan works out, then we're stuck with a player who doesn't want to be here, everyone will know that and we'll end up letting him go for nothing.
Awful business from Orta.
"...more frequently than Donn gets one stars." but not as often as he hands them out!
Just like Klich, if he comes back and knuckles down, he could be back to his best. Especially if he knows which side his bread is buttered now he has tried his hand in La Liga.
He would have to get his head right and his fitness back to scratch - Bielsa will tell him straight and Saiz will know what is expected of him, and as a professional, I expect him to do that.
And if Getafe were to send him back to us, I think he would be available, but if it is true that it is all to do with his girlfriend and kid, I don't think we will see him again
Faith, it’s a business,be more ruthless.

Samu and Klich are chalk and cheese, LST. I know what I'd prefer in my sandwich.
"Just like Klich, if he comes back and knuckles down"
For me, Saiz has not shown this in his character or history.
It’s business and he’s an employee and there’s more to life. If you think that you need to be that ruthless with your employees then you’re not capable of running a business.
