As well as what?

I'm not sure. I worked with her mom for years, but she left about a year ago. she keeps in touch with another colleague, who told me what she had said.

She remembered the hotel, and apparently something else was mentioned, but she couldn't remember what.

Such community spirit.

Surprised this hasn't leaked out elsewhere. It no doubt will if its true as there will a good number of people affected by this.

Not sure what this would mean in terms of stadium development as the club have already quite recently outlined their plans for that and it did not appear to include a radical re-build. It would align with some of the comments however about turning the area in to a leisure facility for both match days and non match day use. Multi-screen cinema, bowling, Nando's etc....

Hopefully this will generate more jobs than will be lost.

Can anybody tell me by the way why Nando's is so bloody poopular?

The only thing this truly confirms is staff at Asda are being made redundant.

the rest could be staff simply putting two and two together and making five. I had already heard someone say they were being made redundant from Asda, but didn't really know them. this girl I know very well, so I would say her being made redundant, is 100% true.

If they do build a hotel, I know someone on 'ere that used to work at one near the ground. Now what is his name...?

That would only work if they have a bar

Its just chicken. Chuck some chicken on a grill at home and you have a Nando's.

Not wanting to knock the speculatioon, but employment law requires 30 days consultation for up to 100 employees, 45 days over 100 employees. Very few companies will start consultation much before these deadlines, Asda closing would create a lot more headlines in the general media. The possibilty is that Asda are reducing their staffing levels by less than 20, but this does not indicate closure.

However we are in a boring midweek sessin, therefore ignore me and carry on.

Don’t you have to add the sauce yourself though? They can’t even do that for you.

Unfortunately there still is a "Molineux Hotel Building", as it is now called...
