Subs were terrible, made us worse if anything.
We got bullied by them and then we got scared of them. They played like there was no pressure on them. The only player who stood up for us was Pablo.
The first 40 mins we were like we were vs West Brom minus the finishing obviously. Thought we battered them in this period and they were poor defensively. Couldn’t really see anything but a Leeds victory.
Gotta take your chances. We had no composure in the last third today. Panicked when we had half an opportunity. Harrison was particularly poor.... bamford too often out of position... klitch didn’t click.
Will go down to the wire.... we need to take our chances. They are a well organised and efficient team, nothing special - will drop points

Felt our shape let us down. Seen this a few times this year and the reason why defensively we have been below average in 2019.
Credit to sheff united who are a well managed organised side. They dont have pace or flair. They just defend as a team, keep their shape and do their jobs.
We didnt deserve to lose, but didnt do enough to win.
Look at the goal we conceded. Awful. What is Jansson doing out on in the right back position for the original header which he fails to win? Leaves a massive hole in the defence which ultimately is where he should have been. Ayling should be dealing with the long ball and if he dosnt then the centre backs mop up. Cooper is left one on one and does a poor job. Phillips gets attracted towards the ball rather than fill the space. Douglas fails to track the runner but to be fair he was in their half when the original ball was played and there were more than enough Leeds shirts to deal with it - but they were all over the place. Keeper makes the finish easier - too far off his line and dives the wrong way. 9/10 times the shooter is going across goal from there.

never seen Ayling duck a challenge in a Leeds shirt. Hes not been in great form but hes been a very good signing and a bargain for what we paid for him.

Shack should have come on for Ayling.

I honestly think we’d have won had that happened.
Anyway, they are decent and credit they defended well.
So hopefully Pontus will be fit and we all have to get behind BPF 👍

Funny you missed the bit where I said they are well organised and efficient... having watched them last few games I don’t think they are anything special and do think they’ll drop points... points is we are still in this by a long shot.
Smash and grab today from them today, fair play. Previous 7 games they’ve beaten times you’d expect them to - reading, Rotherham, Brentford and Bolton. Boro on a an awful run. Drew to Wednesday and villa.

If there's anything we've done particularly well this season, it's bouncing back after a defeat.
With 1 exception, we've followed up every defeat with a win.
Millwall beware.
My thoughts are that this result although depressing and a hard one to swallow is not a disaster just yet but we probably need to win 6 out of eight or 5 wins and 3 draws either way the margin of error is getting slimmer but I think it will take 91 points to go up now.

I disagree, I think we have to win all of our remaning games. If we get 1 draw and win the rest I dont think that will be enough for a top 2 finish.
Always thought 89 pts would get us up and still on target, a defeat usually brings the negative response s out,best team today by a mile but if you dont take your chances it’s hard luck, we will be ok MOT

I think the blades will get 16 points from 8 games allowing for nerves and pressure etc So that's 90 points and a better goal difference so we need at least 91points but I admit it is going to be a tough ask now and the odds are stacked against us.
Play offs are more likely now
I can see is going up in autos.
I can’t see us getting through play offs.
Autos is 50:50 now.
You never want to be in the play offs after coming third... especially as there’s usually at least one side on a roll in the top 6. But we’re a better side than any of them.
Reality is playoffs is a lottery though.
