They were closer to the apartment than I would be to my sons room if I stood at the end of my garden. I wouldn't expect people to claim neglect if I had a beer at the end of my garden, whilst my son was asleep in his room, especially if he was being checked on periodically throughout.

Whilst I wouldn't do it myself, I certainly wouldn't wish a custodial sentence on them for it, especially when they already got the worst sentence possible.

I expect your front door to be locked , so anybody walking into your house would have to use your back door... and you would see them as you would have direct line of sight.... also , walking into some ones private back garden when they can hear and see you is not quite the same as walking into a unlocked apartment from a public road.....

Fair enough but I'm not saying it's the same or it's something I would do, just that they were close by and periodically checking in. I'm saying that any small punishment they may or may not have been legally punished for is pointless, in this regard as they already got the worst possible punishment and that it's enough of a deterrent for any parent what happened already and therefore it achieves nothing, hence why there was no punishment.

Said earlier that I had seen lots of brits piiiiiised up and no idea where their kids were on holiday and that was in the afternoons ffs. Mrs at the time and me were shocked if we went out in the evening we took the kids. 9 and 3. With us for just 1 drink and food then back to apartment and when kids in bed we might have a drink on the balcony. When Kids are little you have to see it as their holiday and you do what's right for them not what you want. People who put drink before their own Kids well being are a disgrace but there's plenty out there

Well firstly that depends on what you mean by accidentally but I'm not saying the McCann's killed anybody and therefore shouldn't go to prison as it was an accident. I'm saying it would be pointless to send them to prison for a few weeks when they already suffered the worst punishment.

Why do you think they didn't go to prison?

Well I do, if you bothered to read the thread I named the reports it's contained within. You can even use this thing called Google to read the actual reports with experts explaining their findings. Just stay clear of the conspiracy websites who state falsehoods the experts have dismissed in the reports.

Probably because they would be calling me up to state the things they have already stated in the reports I have read. That would be pretty stupid don't you think?

I've read all the Portugese police reports, do you think the dogs were WRONG ? Remember dogs cannot lie unlike people. A deda body had been in that apartment, if not Maddie then who else died in the same spot that her DNA was found ?

It's obvious that someone with the same biological makeup/DNA as Maddie died in there within the last 6-12 months,maybe the McCann doctors cloned her and visited in secret to do a dry run?

Either that or it was the elaborate set-up for the whole kidnapping story,acted out by all of the players McCanns and friends in the tapas bar that night?
Poor Maddie in all likelihood was probably already lying in a shallow grave up in the Monchique mountains,or weighted down with rocks in Gerry's blue sports holdall at the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean somewhere?

Is there like a class or something you go to to learn to vote for brexit where you also learn that the McCann's killed their daughter? Do you have to join or can you just turn up?
