I like the facebook puzzle posts which have no (or several) correct answers and get stupid people arguing in the comments. A bit like the Maddie case to be fair.

For anyone stupid enough to think they will solve the case by watching 3 episodes of a documentary are clearly deluded. That is not how it works.

You will not find out what really happened to her until the final episode, that’s how TV works.

Obviously. It's working a treat. They've got us all hooked and arguing amongst ourselves about what happened to her. They would not just end it without telling us what happened and who was right. That would be unfair and very frustrating.

Nobody is trying to solve the case, its about forming an opinion if they are guilty or not.

How has a discussion on the McCann case turned into a maths quiz?
Someone is desperate to divert away from their argument I guess...
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes, when somebody attempted to call people stupid, as they go with the evidence and not conspiracy theories on the internet and Youtube videos, another gave him a children's sum, knowing he would get it wrong to show his theory as idiotic.

Although if you're too stupid to work that out and deduce from it that it's an attempt to divert away from their argument(which comes from the actual reports) then maybe you're in the same category of idiocy.

One of the biggest lies which irritates me are the claims Kate wasn't showing emotion?!?!?

No idea what the feck they are watching but Kate is in bits just about all the feckin time and clearly on the verge of a breakdown just about every time you see her.

Have you noticed that Kate has not had any more kids since? She clearly thought she had too many already. One too many? Now has the perfect amount? Convenient.

Also did you notice also that Kate HAS been trying to have kids since? She even slept with Gerry despite supposedly being devasted. Trying for more kids when yours' could still be alive? Replaceable is she?

Also left a few things unlocked and alone...

Think about how much tax payers’ money has been wasted on this search.

By that of course I mean people who should be working but are instead using that time to search google for evidence

The documentary left out something revealing I think could be an actual clue. In times of stress or during ongoing investigations, my dreams seem especially significant. I dreamed about a jerrycan, which is a robust liquid container made from pressed steel. It was designed in Germany in the 1930s for military use to hold 20 litres of fuel, and then I thought about Gerry Mccann. I feel like there is a link here worth pursuing, but then I woke up. Could be a new line of enquiry?

It is mad that people watch the doc, and still think the parents have anything to do with it

I don't see how the McCanns have gained anything from this, their lives have been completely and utterly destroyed
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Paid off the mortgage, got a newer house, book and TV deals. Should I go on?

You think two doctors would intentionally kill their daughter for the money they *may* get from it? Come on

He was thrown off the case for being found to have lied and falsified evidence in another case involving a missing child. His word is worth nothing.

What's mad is how convinced you are that you know the truth.

The documentary is meant to make you say that.

I don't understand why people insist on these topics. You just don't know and will never know.

It would be easy to make a documentary implying they did it and then some other idiot would be saying "It is mad that people watch the doc, and still think the parents have nothing to do with it".

Just have your opinion and share it, call em as you see em but don't act like your opinion is more valid than any other. Has history not taught you anything?

All things are possible, don't be naive.

It is true. He handled the case very poorly from the start and was thrown off it after five months when the pressure on him intensified. He was found to have lied and falsified evidence during another child abduction case when he had his people torture the parents into making a confessional and then falsified the evidence to cover for them.

His word means nothing, he's as bent as they come.

This is the trouble with documentaries. I haven't seen it but have read all the reports and statements etc. My wife told me what happened in the documentary and there was nothing new, just rehashing old material. Nobody knows what happened but you can only form your opinion based on the facts. To do that you need to get the facts rather than peddling nonsense from conspiracy theory websites like many do.
