It's quite petty to ask him to leave when he went to retrieve it. Could have just said you can't cover advertising with it.
Much ado about fvck aw really.
Mind you I'm not into flag waving of any kind.

Apparently they were told to move it and they refused started calling the guy names

Apparently eh 🤔🤔🤔
Usual sharticle from you
Apparently I have a reliable source that can back this up.
Apparently
Actually not apparently really. This article is a pile of unadulterated puddle of piish.
“Aw ffs” what?
I have no allegiance to a flag not of my country but equally I’ll take no offence on the displaying of such.
One of the most stupid OP’s yet to date. And designed to do what exactly?
Pathetic.
Got to be up for article of the year with this beauty. 😂
This is Esc-like.
Cringe.
The steward in question is expected to lose his job.
Not because of the pulling down of the flag, something that is bad enough but the fact he pushed the fan out the stadium exit.
The video of it shows how much of a b@wbag the steward is/was.
Pfft.
‘Apparently’ beats video every time.

On St Patrick's Day as well? Does he have no heart?!
u already know that laudrup has just bought into whatever other rangers fans are saying on twitter
"and ra khunt had a knife!"
How come aw they green brigade kids wear that army green colour? Do they wish they were in the British army or something? I don’t get it.
What a load of pash this is.
A company has paid good money to have their business advertised on the tv and a flag covered it. I'd be raging if I'd paid that money and this happened, so I can understand Dundee wanting to protect their sponsors.
While the Steward was maybe a kant, I very much doubt the flag bearer in question was acting in a polite and respectful way.
Imagine trying to get someone sacked though. Doesn't quite fit in with the left-wing image the Celtic support, and particularly the green brigade, like to push forward.
If a steward pushed me out of the stadium then I’d want him sacked as well.
After giving him a sore jaw.

Was the guy going willingly?
I suspect he also had a few choice words for him too.
Two sides to every story my good man.
It's all on video, clear as day
I doubt there will be any impartial opinions on the matter when we have Celtic fan NNH arguing against Dundee fan Ivan
Do you think I have time to watch videos like that
Again, imagine wanting a guy to lose their job. Seems like all Celtic fans are right wing fasscists these days.
your team plays in orange to suck up to rangers and the orange order.
your fans have tommy robinson supporters club

Your understanding of the history of the Dundee clubs is perhaps slightly lacking in depth.
nobody cares about the history of dundee united.
know why?
cause u have a tommy robinson supporters club thats why
Dundee Utd are more affiliated to Rangers than Celtic are. No doubt.
i dont think anyone could deny that dundee are the superior football club of the two.
