So he scored 7 goals against the teams in the top six, potentially playing 10 games.

Imagine if Suarez was taking pens too. He'd have had 40 goals that season.
If you compare with say Salah last season, Suarez in fewer games had more shots, more passes, created more chances, hit the wood work more, and scored with free kicks.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
He was outstanding, far better than Salah was last season. Salah was lethal but Suarez did more for the team.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Salah to be fair might have scored more against the top teams though.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I think people look into this score against top teams thing too much. Of course you're gonna score less against the top teams, they're top teams.
Regardless he scored against Arsenal, Spurs, Chelsea and City. The only top six team he didnt score against was United.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Are you talking about Salah or Suarez?
It's not the most important thing, but I guess it's like a bonus because those are the bigger games and the teams that tend to be harder to score against.

Yeah and I was saying Salah had probably scored more against the bigger teams than Suarez did, if there is one thing he has over Suarez in that season.
Cantona 95-96. Single handedly drove his team to the league title. And the cup for that matter. Maybe not the best goal scoring season, but certainly the most influential and tangibly rewarded one
Adebayor's 2007/08 season probably deserves a mention.
No Thierry Henry, no Reyes, no Ljungberg and no David Dein. The rest of the squad had also previously lost familiar names like Ashley Cole, Pires and Sol.
A good time as any for Adebayor to go on and score 30 goals in 48 games, including an MOTD 'Goal of the season' against Spurs.

Think toure and Lampard got nearly 20 goals and 20 assists In a season from midfield before. That’s some performance. Though not sure on the exact stats
Lampard 2010
36 games
22 goals
14 assists
And 10 of those were penalties.

I never mentioned Kane though among those having the best seasons.
Pens are an easy way to inflate stats so it definitely should be noted that Lampard scored 10 of them that season.
RVP leading United to the title was one of the best for me, important goals, leadership, hunger. You just had a feeling that season that anything was possible with him leading the line.
So many top players, spread over so many top seasons though.....

Brosso I am enlightened now. This is the happiest day of my life.
Lampard was a great player. Don't think he's in the running when the best individual seasons are talked about though. Just my opinion.
Henry 02-03
Suarez 13-14
Ronaldo 07-08
Salah 17-18
Yaya 13-14
Drogba 09-10
RVP 11-12
These are some.
Best Half-Season would be Ozil in the 1st half of 15-16.
He had 16 assists after 18 PL apps.
