Good start from James Cahill taking a 5-4 lead. Can't see Ronnie doing any worse tommorow though so James will need to play perfect snooker tommorow to have a chance.

Ronnie played like the debutant and looked like he needed some sleep.
Selby and Xintong could be a late finish tonight if it goes close. Most of us at work tonmorow so don't want to go to sleep too late.
At least one really big name bites the dust in the first round...... could it be Selby, O'Sullivan, or both?!

Looked like he couldn’t be bothered after the mid session break.
I’ve seen Ronnie do this a few times in his career, hair all over the place, yawning, playing with very little care. Thankfully, the session ended there. Hope he plays better tomorrow.

Selby is just awful to watch.
8-7 Selby. Think he's going to win now.
Zhao has potted some amazing difficult balls but missed too many simple ones or not been tight enough with his positional play. - it may just cost him the match.
Although Selby keeps serving him up chances.................

There's a feeling you get when Ronnie in this kind of mood where even if he's level or slightly ahead, he is completely gone
I remember the Selby final, even though he was only 12-11 down after the 3rd session, he looked totally gone. But this is not Selby and the first round ffs
