Completely irrelevant. We still regardless should be putting more pressure on the oppositions goal. We are not Some fecking championship/league one side ffs.
You guys are built for counter attacking football which is why you do well away from home.
In the league when teams sit back you don't have the creativity

We aren't good enough to clearly. Quality is not there.
Relative to how things are supposed to be vis-a-vis home and away performances, united's home form has been far more worrying than their away form for the past two season.
Saw a post on this forum about two months ago where the poster tried to sell the argument for the reverse using some ridiculous out of context stats.
The reality is, the poor home performances in the last two seasons are far more significant an indicator of the lack of quality in the squad than the poor away performances away. Particularly when getting away from stats and looking, more contextually, at the significance of the matches and the status, performance and form of the opposition.
Traditionally united have always played better against better opposition. For example, even before united passed Liverpool's title total they had a better head-to-head record. The main reason why liverpool, at that time, had more league titles was that they were marginally better at finishing off the 'lesser' teams. United were then, and still are, the only team with a superior head-to-head record against every one of the 92 team top flight league teams.
The relevance of this is that united have lost that consistency, still having to deal with the 'lesser' teams that, quite rightfully, raise their game at Old Trafford - and failing to do so more regularly. Not a factor tonight, of course, because it was Barca, but that increasing failure is consistent with what is happening in the league.

This is the exact reason. No creativity at home when teams sit back.
We have two fullbacks that cant cross to save their lives (Shaw and Young), no wingers apart from the odd sub appearance from Martial, and no creative outlet in the middle bar Pogba on the odd day when he can be bothered. We desperately need a RW, someone more light touched to replace Pogba, along with more attacking replacements for Shaw and Young (Dalot looks promising though).

Young is finished and shaw who let’s not forget has been very good this season, will never be counted amongst any of the best attacking fullbacks. These sort of games are the ones pogba should be stepping up in, but was he even on the pitch last night?
I think you've just been worked out a bit and bar Pogba lack quality in midfield and that's about it. Utd don't break the mines enough and no-one plays inbetween them and as such tend to rely solely on pace.
And by mines I mean lines
