Sell him only when we’re in the Premiership.. premiership clubs get more for their cast-off players than trying to sell him from a championship team 🤣🤣

I don't think we will see him in Leeds again.

It was a bad deal when we loaned him out we’ll end up getting nothing for him.

And to think people justified the signing as he’d be worth 3 times as much when we sell him....

He’s become worthless.

Be lucky to get shut without paying him off

posted on 11/4/19

Not right in the head or in the heart. Shame, because he has the talent.

posted on 12/4/19

He’s become worthless not because he isn’t talented, but because he clearly has a poor attitude.

He isn’t of use to anybody until he changes that. Bielsa certainly won’t want him in his team.

Perhaps Bielsa can still save him. After all, he's incredibly talented and is one one of the best technical players weve had post premier league. Still has 2 years contract left, interesting to see what happens.

Probably right, but if he was to turn it around and become a hero for us, so be it.

If we don’t go up....get rid, bad for team morale

If we go up....get rid, not good enough mentally.

I'm looking forward to him coming back and really enjoying life in Leeds. He's an awesome player and I'd like to see him happily causing havoc to prem teams next year

What a waste of talent. He attitude stinks and has been his only downfall, because he ripped teams apart when he wanted to.

posted on 12/4/19

Just get rid, take a hit on him.

I remember another guy we had with a 'bad' attitude, called Cantona

His career at Leeds is over. Bielsa won't tolerate someone who isn't fully committed to the cause. That's one of the points of having a small squad - no players who aren't involved and causing trouble.

Seems to be a bit of revisionism going on here though. I thought the reasons for him wanting to go were geniune and just because he's not getting game time for Getafe, it doesn't change that. It's the club's fault for letting him go for a bad deal. He performed and contributed for Leeds first half of the season.

Have a look at our goals up till December. You'll noticed Saiz involved in a number of the goals, playing the pass before the assist, opening space. He was a good player for us this season.

Can someone explain how he burnt his bridges?

People are acting like he was hated and demanded a transfer.

He asked for a move back to Spain for family reasons due to a difficult pregnancy of his wife.

He was a good player who clearly has trouble settling (the number of clubs he played at shows this) and what is a difficult personal situation made it difficult for him so he asked if he could get a transfer for family reasons

He didn't put together the stupid deal he ended up leaving under.

Anyone having a go at him for thinking of his family is a POS plain and simple

Exactly. The only thing I would say, is that when a player had moved so frequently in the past, you really need to do some proper due diligence before offering a lengthy contract.

You think he is as good as Eric?

He's a fantastic player simple as that, some times that attitude is what makes them special.

Was always told as a kid, footballers need 70% attitude and 30% ability
