What are they going to do with the hotel anyway its part of the stadium. Surely no one will buy it under the current circumstances. Worthless if the club goes bump.

Oh dear on the morning of the hotel case The Beano have gone crazy wouldn't they have been better running some real news which might help keep everybody calm in an orderly queue waiting for some real facts of what is actually going on.
While Ken & Co play with us like a toy on the end of a piece of string what will be will be there's nowt any of us can do at the moment but wait for some real action and facts.

Is Ken telling us its the end ? it sounds like he's given up saying it wasn't his fault while blaming many.

3 more weeks of 48 hours to come.

I don't recall Edwin getting any kind of abuse before he left, other than his high interest on the money he put in the club, which he wiped off anyway.
At least Ken admits player recruitment hasn't been good enough over the last couple of seasons.

Ed decided to jump ship when the Premier league parachute payments dried up. Ken spins a good tale but has he ever put any money in? Sales of holding, clough and madine and tv money and season tickets have been funding the club.

Bassini deal "imminent" again apparently.

I'm at the stage of just accepting his ownership and dealing with the horrific aftermath when it comes now.

How soon will the first winder be in his charge?

posted on 17/4/19

I guess we will have to support Bassini if the reports are true, and IF he passes EFL FPP test.
For the time being anyway.

Three weeks today we are scheduled to be back in court deduct the weekends and bank holidays what is it 11 working days to go.
Anybody if there is anybody who actually want to buy the club needs to be shifting themselves.

Confirmed!

One minute Ken is saying he is considering placing the club into administration the next he's wishing Bassini and the fans of our wonderful club all the best for the future.

Over to the EFL before we can look towards a new era.

Very difficult to take much from what he said on Sky it sounds like there a lot still to be done and that three year premiership plan has already gone out of the window he did grasp the blaming other people line from Ken though.
His hopes seemed to run through it he did mention that word a lot.

posted on 17/4/19

He hasn't even done a complete DD, saying there wasn't enough time and he needed to be in control to do it. He is gonna be in for some big surprises there!
He 'hopes' the club is in better hands now.
He wasn't very convincing to me on that sky interview, but he is all we have now.
I suspect he will consolidate all debts into one big debt.

Hurrah we have football news
Tomorrows Villa match is on and PP is planning changes

Mr. Bassini is full of hope but doesn't seem too positive that the club will be safe in his hands. That's not too encouraging for the fans.

He is the new owner but what happens if he fails the test? Does the club have to be sold on, does Ken come back into the equation, is there a clause in the contract in case of that outcome? Everything is signed but not enough details to make a sensible guess on what will actually happen.

All we can do is hope that Mr. Bassini has enough capital to sort out the mess without having to take out a loan to fund the club.

We all know that will be a complete disaster. Underfunding has been the problem over the last three-plus years and if that's is going to be the case again, we would be better going into administration and sort it out from that point.

At this point, we have no alternative but hope that Mr. Bassini has all bases covered.

If he fails the EFL test then it is more likely Admin or await the courts decision, and then liquidation.
Bassini has a pulse and has filled the EFL form in, so he must have passed already.
