This is an important point.
Whilst all the numbers involved in paying people to kick a football around once or twice a week are just insane; there are also degrees of insanity within.
The club does need to sort out some of the wage issues and general wage bill relative to other clubs.
I do like the idea of changing the structure towards a greater emphasis on bonuses.

We need to put an end to these huge contracts somehow. Its all our own doing. Yes reward your top players however the average ones also get big contracts. Think Young and Jones are both on 100+
