we aren't top of the Premiership, are we?
"with only Ajax between ..." the "only" is a very stupid adjective.
They are a very tricky team in competitions.
And we have down to using reserves.
So ... I'd say anyone with an ounce of sense would be "aprehensive" about this match.
Better than Liverpool, yes....... but no more.
Its a semi final against a tough opponent.

I have to agree with great teams, I’m well happy we have Ajax in the semi final. Yes they are a fantastic young side, but over 2 legs I think we will do it. Only issue is Son missing the 1st leg big miss, but I believe at home we can do it even without Son.

Given what's left in the comp, Ajax is a great draw. Win or lose, I cannot wait.
Still in a total shock, cant fully ingest what happened last night for a start thought Poch was either a very brave man or a complete idiot to go with that team/formation at city to actually go toe to toe with the attacking force they are, I would have probably started with Llorete but then I am naturally a very cautious person, so well played Pochettino you may get to stay at Spurs a while longer

Wrong. I've been saying City are beatable.
I have however been saying that because of our weak point on the right side, namely Trippier, its a long odds for us to beat them.
We were damned lucky, face it.
And now we take on Ajax with a bunch of reserves because of our injury list!!!

We've been using Delli Alli to bolster the defensive midfield, and need him there even more now Sissoko is out.
