I would definitely have Alisson instead of Ter Stegen and Fabinho instead of Busquets.

Busquets manages in a snails pace spanish league where as Fabinho does it in a more intense environment.

Would have Jordi Alba,Pique, Messi, Rakitic and Suarez from Barca.

I know Busquets dives a lot but he's arguably the best deep lying playmaker of his generation. So much intelligence in the way he plays the game, dark arts and all.
