No - just some excitable fans who are desperate to have a pop at him.
I got told for example that the German striker turned him inside out but imagine my surprise when I watched the highlights to see the player didn't do any such thing. In fact, he just shot from afar with VVD in front of him.
Laporte isn't all that anyway. I don't think many people claimed he's world class.
