10 man Wigan beating Leeds
that bored we looking at other games, that don't even matter now
Is there really 17,344 at the game?
never is correct not since the old mechanical turnstile days when you saw them carrying the money and count round the cinder track to be added up
Wiliams shor wide. Good player there in the right team.
what you all make of Harry so far
did somebody mention the other josh wouldn't get the last subs place
Brockbank done ok. Hasn't looked out of place at rb. Connell been very poor today..
Thats it relegated no wimper.
thanks for the Harry thoughts Benny I've had him down as one to keep it looked like he'd had gone by now with all the interest in him
Looks like Monday is a Sky Sports news day to watch the drama unfolding elsewhere with a peek to see how we are doing here and there.
Not going to Blackburn. Brentford next and bank Holidays beano in Nottingham.
Cheers Benny
Does PP get a certificate from Record Breakers for the most losses in a season.
I'm off to bed for a sleep rather than a nap today
Have to use the last 3 games to see what we have for next season now. Hope the next manager will be watching from somewhere.
But first we will see if Bassini manages to get full control or will the EFL have something else to say.
A positive otzhumer played well. Under contract and could be a key player next season. Alnwick, wheater, beevers, vela otzhumer, brockbank, connell i would like to build round next season
Wheaters 33 yrs old next February, the good times maybe over for him, youth is what’s needed IMO
As predicted several weeks ago, relegation is now a reality. We all know that we don't deserve anything else. You could plead that the off-field problems have played a part and there is no doubt that they have but the manager has played a massive part in our downfall and Ken has to share equally for our downfall. A minuscule amount of cash for transfers and a set of journeymen signed who would struggle in the first division.
It's to be hoped that Mr. Bassini has some cash to spare if and when he has cleared all the clubs debts.
The only seemingly bright side is that we have not at present been deducted 12 points for going into administration. Depending on whether Mr. Bassini passes the EFL tests may depend on whether or not we eventually end up in that situation or even worse.
There is a lot riding on Mr.Bassini, I just hope that he turns out to be in a better position than some of us are contemplating.
Fingers crossed for this time next season there's a lot to do all around just about everything needs rebuilding.
I spotted the clue in that safety helmet when can we get the scaffolding up order a few skips and make a start.
I wish I was 33 next February. We will need wheater next season, he's one of the few I would keep.
Benny, we need experience to carry the youngsters through, Wheater / O’Neil are good examples.
You are right.
It's important we get Phil's gangs replacements in as soon as we can let them decide who says and who goes based on what money is going to be available to them.
I'm not contemplating Phil's gang staying its too frightening to think about.
New season starts 3rd August. Seems a long time off but considering we still have accounts frozen, players still unpaid, bills still unpaid, still in court 8th may, this seasons season ticket bills unsettled, next seasons sales to be announced, a raft of players out of contract, shorter transfer window, EFL sanctions, are we in a 2 window embargo or not?, possible sacking of parky and new management team appointment, appointment of new board members. Not a lot of time at all especially there is no evidence that our new owner isn't a chancer with less money than ken. The clock is ticking.
We need a pile of stuff sorting as soon as possible.
It will be busy start to life in League 1 as games come thick and fast there's the league along with two cups to go at within a month.
