Although I didn't think we were up just yet I did like others start to dream a bit and was even imagining clinching promotion at Brentford so I guess you could say the chickens were well and truly counted before they had hatched and now I would be ecstatic if we could take it to the final game knowing a win would do it
Yep, we played like a relegation side, huff and puff but zero end product. Wigan fought like their lives depended on it, blocking everything. We were so arrogant and casual, playing little flicks, Harrison and Alioski taking on and failing to get past the full back etc. I thought the QPR and Brum performances were bad but today was worse.
It’s only up from here👍.....maybe....

Yeah impressed vs Norwich as well.. imagine if him and Dan James were here.
Whatever happens from here, this season has been a massive leap forward. If we go up, fantastic, but we will need (in my opinion) to massively overhaul this squad to avoid being relegated by next Easter. Should we not go up, the key question is whether the club will re-invest and go for 2019-20.

Wish I had your belief mate. It’s true to say that we are still in it. But 2 days to recover from this is just not enough.... the extra boost we have given Sheff U on top of that is inexcusable.
Terrible terrible day. Do not even want to contemplate play offs yet. Another heartache in itself
I’ve watched Sheff U play a few times in the last few weeks.....I honestly don’t think they go to Hull and Stoke and win those games - we need to have the ability to take advantage!!!

We need to be up automatically, Villa in the playoffs (although them being open may suit us) are the ones to beat.
I think we can all agree that today feels like a dream has just died and I don't know about anybody else but I am just at a loss to know how we can recover. It's only a game but days like today leave you feeling numb!
I just hope this is as low as it gets and there is still some joy and celebration install for us come Ipswich away
Playing Villa next week may help us if indeed we end up playing them in the playoffs - time to figure them out?😀

Nahh mate, if we’ve learnt anything recently it’s that all teams regardless of where they sit in the league or position they find themselves want to beat Leeds

Also, a point not mentioned is the weather today... all good and well playing at the intensity in winter months but when weather is early 20s and you’ve had a long season maybe that’s an excuse for the players - but most of them couldn’t cope today
