Smalling is a good defender. Young is not good enough, but at the very least has some fight and character in him. Jones is a battler and has the right character but again, we need better.
Smalling, like Lukaku, limits our whole style of play because he's so crap on the ball.
The other two just aren't good enough
Same as above, keep Smalling, put the other two to pasture
