He had both arms around Salah stopping his movement. If Salah doesnt go down. Its not given.
Blame falls on the refs for that. VAR would give that all day
Penalty doesnt have to be the man falling down...
If he’s not gone down he doesn’t get the penalty!
The sooner refs actually start giving the foul the better!

Just because Mo Daley or Mane feel a hand on their shoulder does not mean they should be given a penalty for throwing themselves to the floor.
The difference is though, if that was a Spurs player, no chance a penalty is given and the Spurs player gets booked for diving.

Contact sport doesn't mean you can wrap your arms round your opponent like an octopus!
It’s a clear pen, about four fouls before Salah goes down. You can’t give him a chance to fall theatrically though as he will always take it.

I don't think the first 4 body, chest, neck and head bear hugs were fouls, but the 5th and 6th were. The 7th was just taking the p(ss at that point.
